Waco biplane flight over Australia Zoo and the Sunshine Coast

Film we shot for Terry at FlyWaco. Flight is over the Sunshine Coast in beautiful SE Queensland, Australia. Vistas in order of appearance: Pumictone passage, Maroochydore river mouth, Mooloolabah beaches, Noosa heads, Noosa river, Eumundi, the big Pineapple, Ettamogah pub, Bruce highway, Ewan Maddock dam, Australia Zoo,the Glasshouse mountains, then tracking east back to Caloundra and landing at Caloundra airfield. The Waco is a unique 3 seater biplane, hand built one at a time in the Waco factory in Battle Creek, Michigan.The aircraft has a 280hp radial engine, dacron fabric covered timber airframe and a cruising speed of 122mph.
