Must Try Vietnamese Food in Da Nang
It's our first time visiting Vietnam and Da Nang is the first stop in this deliciously new adventure of ours. We've always loved Vietnamese food and after watching so many great food videos from Vietnam it was exciting for us to finally come and experience Vietnamese cuisine for ourselves - actually in Vietnam itself.
In this episode we visited multiple Da Nang local favourites such as our first stop Mì Quảng Thi. Mi Quang is a popular noodle (especially for breakfast) and you will see stores selling this dish everywhere in Da Nang and Central Vietnam.
Mì Quảng Thi
Address: 251 Hoàng Diệu, Nam Dương, Hải Châu, Đà Nẵng 550000, Vietnam
Hours: Monday - Sunday 6am–1:29pm, 4–9pm
Next up we visit Bep Hen, a local family style multi-level Vietnamese restaurant with a rustic, tropical vibe and incredibly flavoured food. If you're looking for where to eat in Da Nang, this is definitely a great Vietnamese restaurant to try out.
Bep Hen Restaurant
Address 47 Lê Hồng Phong, Phước Ninh, Hải Châu, Đà Nẵng 550000, Vietnam
Hours: Monday - Sunday10am–2:30pm, 5–9:30pm
We had a fun time eating at a popular make-your-own-spring-roll dish at Bánh tráng thịt heo Xứ Quảng. Not only was it a joy to make and eat but they also had some herbs we've never seen in other stores like jungle brooch leaves which enhanced the flavour. Thanks to the guys at this local Vietnamese restaurant who helped schooled us on how to prep and eat this tasty fresh roll!
Bánh Tráng Thịt Heo Xứ Quảng
Address: 95 Trưng Nữ Vương, Bình Hiên, Hải Châu, Đà Nẵng 550000
Opening Hours: 24 Hours
Da Nang is known as a popular destination for tourists and locals to get a bit of pampering done. So we decided to take a quick break from all the eating to visit Queen Spa and experience a unique hot bamboo Vietnamese massage. Queen Spa was a great place to get this traditional Vietnamese massage in Da Nang, as they were the first spa in Da Nang to offer this treatment. The staff were all friendly and professional and the hot bamboo massage was definitely a fantastic way to unwind.
Queen Spa
Address: 144 Phạm Cự Lượng, An Hải Bắc, Sơn Trà, Đà Nẵng
Opening Hours: Monday - Sunday 8:30AM–9PM
With our muscles relaxed it opened up space for more food so we get back to business with what turned out to be one of Yen's favourite Vietnamese dishes of our whole trip so far - Bánh Xèo. Bánh Xèo are basically sizzling hot eggy crepes filled with shrimp, pork and veges that you dip in a salty shrimp paste sauce.
Bánh Xèo Bà Dưỡng
Address: 23 Hoàng Diệu, Phước Ninh, Hải Châu, Đà Nẵng 550000, Vietnam
Hours: All Week 9am–9:30pm
For our final spot we order up a round of another famous noodle dish in Da Nang served with fish cakes called Bun Cha Ca from:
Bún Chả Cá Bà Phiến
Address: 63 Lê Hồng Phong, Phước Ninh, Hải Châu, Đà Nẵng 550000
Opening Hours: 24/7
We're here in Vietnam for a month, so expect plenty more food and travel videos to come. Stay tuned! ????

Eating Vietnamese street food in Da Nang
Christine and her family travel to Danang for the weekend, where they do as the locals do and live the beach life. The winner of Christine’s food guide contest for Danang takes them to all the famous places, and they have sizzling crêpes (banh xeo), iced coffee (ca the sua da), green mango salad, grilled rice paper with quail egg and pâté, and fresh seafood on the street. Danang is a great respite from bustling Saigon.

Food BINGE in Da Nang & Hoi An | VIETNAM PART 5/6
We only had one day in Da Nang, so we cut loose and went nonstop eating local favorites like bun cha ca, bun mam, and banh cuon. After that we continued the massacre in the ancient city of Hoi An, stuffing our gullets with nem nuong, mi cau lau, lotus tea, com ga, and many other street delicacies. At night we explore the lantern festival and various street foods all over Hoi An.

What to EAT in HOI AN and DA NANG? Vietnam travel Vlog
On our first full day staying in Hoi An, we quickly explored the city of Da Nang which included the famous Marble Mountains. This was followed by a quick visit to My Khe Beach and an absolutely amazing lunch at Banh Xeo Ba Duong - Arguably the very BEST banh xeo we've ever had.
We also paid a visit to the UNESCO Heritage site - My Son Sanctuary. To cap off our day, we stayed in Hoi An Old Town for the beautiful display of lanterns and tried one of the Hoi Ans special dishes - Cao Lau.

About me:
Hi my name is Lana,
I come from the north of New Zealand.
I made the decision to quit my job as a nurse and go travelling. I enjoy slow travel and spending more time in each city to get a feel for the culture and how the locals truly live. Travelling can be hard when you don't have the information you need, especially as a tourist, the prices of things are usually heightened. My vlogs will show you how you too can travel cheaply, less touristy and how to travel full time.
My aim is to show you the realness of travelling, and to give you the information that you need as a traveller.
So I hope you can follow me on my journey to see this lovely world of ours!

About Sonny Side:
I’m not sponsored. I’m not rich. I’m just some guy who wanted to make the type of travel videos that I would want to see. This show is completely self-funded so thanks for patiently watching that five second advertisement (and read below how you can support this channel).
I am a video director by trade. Each time I travel to a new country I bring a cameraman with me, usually a friend, to shoot as many episodes as possible in a short amount of time (usually a week). The rest of the time I’m working as a video director/videographer in Vietnam and editing the crap out of these videos.
Much love and remember, Don't Think, Just Chew.
