Argentina's Wine Country ???? It's Not What We Expected! Mendoza Wine Tour. This is Hotel Club Tapiz.
We stayed at the a beautiful, small boutique hotel (Finca) called Club Tapiz just outside of Mendoza, Argentina in an area called Maipu. Maipu is a very popular area for wine in the Mendoza Region. While here we take you on a full tour of the hotel, including the old winery, the grounds including the pool, the restaurant and the gardens. We also take you on a tour of our room.
Later we head about 20 minutes away from Club Tapiz to their winery. Here we get to go on a full wine tour of the property and the vineyards. This ended up being one of the best wine tours we’ve ever done. It happened to be harvest season when we visited and therefore got an inside look (and taste) of the full wine making process. While here we got to taste wine is the various stages of production, even right out of the barrel. We also got to taste one of their best wines, a Malbec. Mendoza is best known for being the main producer of Malbec and you must try it when coming to the region.
Lastly, before we left the winery we got to visit the Llamas which live on the premisses!

MENDOZA, ARGENTINA | LAND OF MALBEC & ASADO
Alamos Wines invited us to Mendoza, Argentina, the best wine region in Latin America & home to the legendary Malbec grape, asado & the Andes. #sponsored
The Best of Mendoza City ???????? Empanada Feast! Argentina's Best Empanadas. Mendoza City Travel Guide
This we’re exploring the city of Mendoza in Argentina! To start things off we headed to the edge of town to find a great viewpoint and a monument called Monumento al Ejército de Los Andes. We walked up the top of the hill on a hot day, it’s not too difficult of a walk but can get quite hot in the sun!
This video is sponsored by Filmora Video Editor, to find out more information click here ????
Later we headed down the hill to the park called Parque General San Martin where we first visited the Fountain or the Continents or Fuente de los Continentes we also spent some time walking around the park.
We’d worked up an appetite so later we headed back to the main part of the city where we went to a restaurant that came highly recommended on Avenue Arístides Villanueva called El Palenque Aristides - here we had (more) Argentinean Malbec as well as some amazing empanadas.
Lastly we made our was the Plaza Independencia, which is in the very centre of the city and seems to be the point of reference for more directions in the city. Unfortunately the main water feature in the park was under construction when we were there.
ABOUT MENDOZA
Mendoza is a city in Argentina’s Cuyo region and the heart of Argentina's wine country, famed for Malbecs and other red wines. Its many bodegas (wineries) offer tastings and tours. Argentinian Food Feast ????FIRST TIME TRYING ASADO ????What to Eat in Argentina.
Argentina Asado Feast! While in Mendoza, Argentina we thought it was the perfect time to try Argentinian food! This was our first time trying Argentinian Asado/Parrilla!
To start things off, earlier in the day we tried a food that came to Argentina from Italy, Milanese! Made from veal, the meat is pounded and breaded, this type was topped with cheese, bacon and green onion. We found it at Jebb’s in Chacras de Coria.
After this we got a small treat from a local bakery, a cookie called Alfajores. We had tried these in Chile and we’re happy to try it again in Argentina.
Lastly we headed for a huge Asado meal at a restaurant called Anastasio El Pollo. Here we had Provolo (cheese melted over a fire served with fried bread), loads of Asado with tonnes of different types of meats, grilled veggies and chicken.
ABOUT ARGENTINIAN FOOD
Argentine cuisine is described as a cultural blending of Mediterranean influences with and very small inflows, Indigenous, within the wide scope of agricultural products that are abundant in the country.

Food and Wine Tour in Mendoza, Argentina | Travel vlog
In April (mid-autumn in the southern hemisphere) I visited Mendoza, Argentina - it was just after the wine harvest in this major wine producing (and up-and-coming foodie) destination. Follow me to South America as I wander around the city of Mendoza and then head out to the Uco Valley for a full day tour of wine tasting, followed by a 6 course lunch! How many times can I say there are the Andes mountains! in one video? Watch and find out... ;)

MENDOZA ARGENTINA best STEAK- MENDOZA City tour -MALBEC wine & FOLKLORE.
Mendoza (/mɛnˈdoʊzə/, American Spanish: [menˈdosa]), officially the City of Mendoza (Spanish: Ciudad de Mendoza) is the capital of the province of Mendoza in Argentina. It is located in the northern-central part of the province, in a region of foothills and high plains, on the eastern side of the Andes. As of the 2010 census [INDEC], Mendoza had a population of 115,041 with a metropolitan population of 1,055,679, making Greater Mendoza the fourth largest census metropolitan area in the country.
Ruta Nacional 7, the major road running between Buenos Aires and Santiago, runs through Mendoza. The city is a frequent stopover for climbers on their way to Aconcagua (the highest mountain in the Western and Southern Hemispheres) and for adventure travelers interested in mountaineering, hiking, horse riding, rafting, and other sports. In the winter, skiers come to the city for easy access to the Andes.
Two of the main industries of the Mendoza area are olive oil production and Argentine wine. The region around Greater Mendoza is the largest wine-producing area in Latin America. As such, Mendoza is one of the nine Great Wine Capitals,[1] and the city is an emerging enotourism destination and base for exploring the region's hundreds of wineries located along the Argentina -wikipdeia
We stayed 1 week in Mendoza.it was a good stay, nice people friendly. the food was also good. we had the best Steak in Oregano restaurant beside our hotel. Oregano Restaurant was a good restaurant will not get disappointed if you dine in there.there are lots of restaurants but the best Steak is in Oregano. easy to roam around the centre everything is close. and they have good local wines Malbec ,Torrontes and etc. at a reasonable price. overall Mendoza is a nice place to visit.

After the stunning ride through the Andes mountains from Chile to Argentina we make it to Mendoza in Argentina just on the other side of the mountain. The sun is out, beautiful day, and somehow I'm still walking in the shade everywhere in this Argentine city! So many tall trees casting shade over all the streets and on both sides. This is the greenest city I have ever seen. Mendoza is famous for its wine, specifically Malbec, but nobody told me about all the trees! Real pleasure to walk around this city and do a sightseeing tour. In the shade, and do I need it after a long night of Argentinian asado and wine catching up with friends who just came back from Tierra del Fuego. Walk around the huge General San Martin park. Travel to Cerro de la Gloria on the motorcycle at the end of the day. Once at the top the police officer told us we had one minute for pictures and then had to leave since the place was closed. So the Mendoza region is the main wine region in South America but since I have limited time my focus was on nature in the city.
