Riverfront Park Sonoma
Riverfront Park Sonoma: Around here there are so many beautiful places to explore.
This video features photos taken at the Riverfront Regional Park near Windsor, California. This park borders the Russian River and is deep in the heart of the Sonoma valley. It's only about 10 minutes from my front door. The beauty of this place makes my soul ( yes I do have one) soar. The Redwood grove is a place where fairies live and I feel right at home.
The wall is silence, the grass is sleep,
Tall trees of peace their vigil keep,
And the Fairy of Dreams with moth-wings furled
Plays soft on her flute to the drowsy world.
~Ida Rentoul Outhwaite
The music is by the duo HeartStrings from Austin, Texas. I love their arrangements.
The photo essays are for my enjoyment and not meant to be commercial. I enjoy taking the photos and sharing them.
Enjoy!

CBC News Windsor - stop100.ca featured in 6pm news
The MTO has provided the reporter with misleading statistics. They said 15% of crashes were attributed to high speed. This number includes the speed too fast for conditions crashes which account for about 8% of crashes (speed for conditions does NOT mean speeding - it is merely driving too fast - even if below the posted speed limit, for the prevailing road conditions). Facts as proof: Also the MTO said there was a review done in 2012 when to our knowledge no official speed limit review has been done (in 2012 the then Minister of Transportation Bob Chiarelli simply said: speed kills and shut of the debate). Is the MTO lying to news reporters?
