Street Food in China! Exotic Chinese Street Food and Seafood in Guangzhou, near Hong Kong! This is the best street food!
In Guangzhou, China, and Hong Kong, there is some of the best chinese seafood and Chinese street food around the world. In 2016, I began getting more and more serious about eating Chinese street food, and now, in 2017, I'm going full time! Fresh, cheap, and delicious Chinese street food! You have to try it! You can eat and try the best cantonese food specialties like dim sum, bbq roast pork (char sui), rice noodle rolls, and fresh (not cheap) seafood from a local seafood market, all of which are must try chinese foods!

In this food and travel video/vlog, I take you on a full Chinese street food tour of Guangzhou (keep this food in mind if you also visit Hong Kong)- we eat a lot of specialties on the street and in Chinese restaurants together. The addresses for these locations are listed below. Chinese/Asian food recipes are going to be included in my blog shortly.
1) Local street food Chang Fen (rice noodle roll) - These are found throughout the city and are famously eaten during breakfast time in Guangdong, or during yumcha dimsum. I went to a very cheap Chinese restaurant specializing in Changfen in Baiyun district:

2) The best and must try chashaobao AKA charsui bao AKA BBQ pork bun. These beauties are like upgraded baozi steam buns you find all over the streets of China. The pork juicy and covered in a sweet Barbeque sauce and the bun is so fluffy, you won't be able to get enough of them!

3) Famous Chinese street food Chashao BBQ pork and Shao'e roast goose. These are the best and two must try street foods in China, especially during lunch hour in Guangzhou or Hong Kong

4) Dim sum at the famous yumcha dim sum restaurant Dim Dou Dak. This is a chain restaurant that serves some of the best cantonese dim sum in the city. Be sure to order the shao mai dumplings, har gao dumplings, fengzhua chicken feet, and their specialty red rice roll. So good!

5) The largest wholesale seafood market in Guangzhou. There is a huge selection of seafood here, you could spend a whole day here just watching and discovering all the different types of fresh seafood. It's not cheap unfortunately, it's quite expensive! Be ready to bargain a little bit.

A short trip with my family and especially with my 91 years old grandpa. There is a day trip cancelled due to heavy rain , but i have managed to capture most of the important scene during the trip.
The trip was definitely enjoyable but it was also tiring because of the whole day journey and nonstop walking. Though we also compensate ourselves with a good meal which i was busy eating and not taking any video of the food lol.

Bird Sounds in Poynag Wetland Forest, China
I found myself almost alone except for a chorus of birds in the vast Poynag National Wetland Reserve Park. I recorded these exotic bird sounds at the nature park woodland wildlife sanctuary on March 29, 2016.

More than 700 migrant geese arrived at the national wetland park of Poyang Lake in the eastern Jiangxi province, marking a start of bird migration this year to China's largest fresh water lake.
Poyanghu Lake wetland is also the largest wetland in Asia, and serves as a reproducing habitat for over 50 kinds of rare birds.
As many as 136 types of birds migrate to this area annually in autumn and winter. The most recent migration included the swan goose and bean goose.
The administration bureau of Poyang Nature Reserve reports that in recent years, the population of migrant birds has fluctuated between 600,000 and 700,000.
Birds migrated to the lake from Russian Siberia, Mongolia, Japan, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, as well as northeast and northwest China.
The Poyang National Wetland Park wetland park was established by the Forestry Administration of China. The park covers an area of 362 square kilometers.

“River Viewing Service Station” is a service station at Lujiazui northern riverside section on the eastern bank of the Project on “Connecting Both Sides of Huangpu River of Shanghai”, providing citizens with rest spaces and public toilets. The station is within a narrow levee-shaped green field defined by riverside running path and inner riding path. It is an extension of the access of an existing underground garage staircase. The site is more than two meters above the city roads with the northern riverside slightly higher than the southern side. In the neighborhood there are many old trees, forming a small forest.

A walk through People's Park in Shanghai, China
Not far from the tourists and street swindlers of Nanjing Road is People's Park, a peaceful public park and green space located in the center of Shanghai, China. The park, which opened in 1952, was built on the grounds of the former Shanghai Race Club. Every weekend, the Shanghai Marriage Market takes place at the park. At this unique market, parents post advertisements and trade information as a way of finding suitable partners for their unmarried adult child.

Tourists brave heart-stopping musical WATERFALL on Guangdong's sky corridor

Footage shows Chinese tourists braving the walk through Guangdong's highest circular sky corridor, situated in Qingyuan's Huangteng Gorge on Friday.
The sky corridor is informally known among tourists as the 'big rackets' due to its resemblance to tennis rackets. Marketing Director Yimin Liu noted that the sky corridor is some 500 metres above the ground, and extending from a cliff in a straight line up to 368 metres.
The structure also features the circular musical waterfall, created by some 450 water nozzles installed along the circular observation deck reportedly creating water show interpretations of music tracks.
One of the visitors shared her experience when walking through the sky corridor, saying, I felt a little scared when I looked down through the transparent glass walkway. You can only go straight ahead without looking down. You really can't look down.
