Formosa Aboriginal Culture Village was established in 1986; total area is 62 hectares. The culture village features aboriginal cultures, combining tourism, culture and educational functions.
It is located in Yuchi, Nantou County, near Sun Moon Lake. The culture village has made great efforts in updating the amusement facilities and services and has shown the vigorous spirits of the aboriginal tribes.
Formosa Aboriginal Culture Village has five theme parks: the European Gardens, the Aladdin Plaza, the Aboriginal Villages, Amusement Isle and Ti Ka Er Rainforest.
Amusement facilities in these five theme parks include joy ride, cultural square, artistic fountain, museums, 3-D theater, aboriginal dance show, etc. The Culture Village is entertaining and educational, perfect for families on holidays

You can enjoy the rides like, Caribbean Splash, Gold Mine Adventure, Maya Adventure, Space Mountain and more.
And in our trip halos lahat water adventure na sinabayan pa ng ulan but we enjoyed. Sadly, we did not saw the beauty of countless cherry blossoms dahil sarado ito at hindi pa season.
So I suggest, if gusto niyo makita ang cherry blossoms pumasyal kayo when its winter season here in Taiwan (December to February).

The Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village is an amusement park in Yuchi Township, Nantou County, Taiwan which has been in operation since 1986. It is distinctive for its Formosan aboriginal culture theme. The park contains the tallest free-fall ride in Taiwan as well as Taiwan's largest European gardens and bell tower
Formosan Aboriginal Cultural Village, Yu Chih Nantao
We reached Nantao County, the second largest county in Taiwan and located in the centre of this amazing island. Here, you can find the aboriginal people of Taiwan.
We visited Formosan Aboriginal Cultural Village. This is the best season. The cherry blossoms can be seen at many part of Taiwan. And especially in this theme park. The dark and light pink flowers present a beautiful scenery here.
Actually, you can enjoy many rides here. For those who love adrenaline rush activities, can ride the roller coasters and boat inside the park.
We enjoyed our walk inside the park and watched the aboriginal dance show. Definitely a place to visit. There is entrance fee of TWD150.
There is a cable car ride. You can see Sun Moon Lake from above. A short ride approximately 9-10 minutes.
Later in the afternoon, we ride a train around Lavender Garden at the end of the park.
