Drone Time Lapse of Downtown Norfolk, Virginia at 16x (Pointed NW)

Coming in for a landing:

All FAA rules, state, county, and city laws were obeyed in this video, as well as making sure that no helicopter traffic came near my drone. (I try to avoid any inconvenience with all people when using the drone- as I believe that is the aim of the law.) Interestingly enough, deaf people can still become aviation pilots in the United States. This might unfortunately pose problems when it comes to flying an unmanned drone.

14 CFR 107.51 - Operating limitations for small unmanned aircraft.
A remote pilot in command and the person manipulating the flight controls of the small unmanned aircraft system must comply with...
(b) The altitude of the small unmanned aircraft cannot be higher than 400 feet above ground level, unless the small unmanned aircraft:
(1) Is flown within a 400-foot radius of a structure; and
(2) Does not fly higher than 400 feet above the structure's immediate uppermost limit.

Despite not being a professional pilot (since I do not earn money for using my drone), I felt it was necessary to do a 'notice to airmen' and schedule my drone flight with an online service because of all the helicopter traffic in the area.
I used the following website:
There are some sightly annoying conventions that must be followed for allowing the ease of coding with this free service. Coordinates entered must be in a particular format. A coordinate point must be included with the coordinates listed in degrees, minutes, and seconds, as opposed to the decimal coordinate system... but it must be listed as follows. The particular spot this drone flight was scheduled for was a decimal coordinate of 36.843056, -76.288056, which in degrees/minutes/second notation is 36°50'35.0N 76°17'17.0W. The required format for entering the coordinates entailed using the value: 365035N0761717W. There must also be a nautical mile radius for the center of the drone flight and there must be an exact time span in which the drone flight is followed. Often drone users will specify a large span of time in their scheduling of a flight for their own convenience, but I reduced mine to a 15 minute window because of the predicted battery life maximum and the constant use of the Elizabeth river as a thoroughfare by helicopters. Fortunately I arrived on location and took off on the exact minute as specified, landed on the exact minute as specified, and did not encounter any air traffic.

In Massachusetts
We were given 14 counties
Touching the North Atlantic
on US east coast we will be
Massachusetts was made a state
in 1788
With a capital named Boston
Our Bay Staters are so great
My name is Barnstable county
I house the Cape Cod Bay
I’m shaped like a strong arm
Cape Cod is a place you could come and play
I was formed as part of the Plymouth colony in 1685
I stick out in the North Atlantic
In the summer I come alive
Berkshire County’s here
In the west of Massachusetts, you see
My county seat is named Pittsfield
I’m full of rolling hills and trees
Bristol has the city of New Bedford
you see here!
I touch the Buzzards Bay fed by the
Atlantic ocean to be clear
Dukes County is the home
of the famous Martha's Vineyard towns
Edgartown’s my large city
The Vineyard Sound I surround
Essex County Massachusetts
Is a vacationers dream
Lynn is my largest city it does
attract quite a scene
This is Franklin County
In Northwestern Mass you see
Greenfield is my largest city
Vermont And New Hampshire border me
Hampden County was formed
in the year 1812
With the city of Springfield
which is my county city it’s swell
In Massachusetts
We were given 14 counties
Touching the North Atlantic
on US east coast we will be
Massachusetts was made a state
in 1788
With a capital named Boston
Our Bay Staters are so great
I’m Hampshire County
I was founded in 1662
In the west center of the state
My largest town is Amherst it is true
Middlesex is in the north
bordering New Hampshire you see
Created in 1643
Lowell’s my largest city
I’m Nantucket I’m surrounded by the North Atlantic Ocean
Here you see the Nantucket Sound
it has a lot of commotion
Norfolk County’s located in the East
touching the Quincy Bay
Quincy’s my largest city
If you visit that’s where you could stay
Plymouth’s the home of the Plymouth Colony founded in 1620
Come to visit Plymouth Rock
as far as history we have plenty
Suffolk County is famous
for the capital of Mass
Boston’s her name
and this city has a lot of class
Worcester County makes up the center of the state from North to South
My largest city’s Worcester
My people are so proud
I’m Massachusetts
I was made a state in 1788
Boston’s my capital
Come and visit because I am great

Touring The - Nauticus Naval Museum Norfolk, VA & USS Wisconsin (BB-64)
Nauticus was incorporated under the National Maritime Center Authority in February 1988. The following month, Rear Admiral Jackson Knowles Parker USN, (Ret), retired commander of Norfolk Naval Base, became the Founding Executive Director. Construction began at the former site of Norfolk's Banana Pier on the downtown Norfolk Waterfront in February 1992 and Nauticus opened to the public in June 1994. Other attractions close by include the Virginia Zoo, Norfolk Scope and Harbor Park, home to the Norfolk Tides.
There is a great parking garage across the street from the Naval Museum. Park here and walk to many other great museums in the area. Including the Gen. Douglas MacArthur museum. The USS Wisconsin (BB-64) is next to this Museum. You enter the USS Wisconsin (BB-64) through the museum and this is where you purchase the tickets to go on the Wisconsin.
The City of Norfolk opened the Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center—located at Nauticus on April 7, 2007. The 80,000-square-foot, passenger-friendly facility features views of the Elizabeth River; an enclosed, elevated passenger gangway; a retractable bridge leading into a 16-slip marina; a terrazzo floor tile in the entrance; a separate lounge and check-in area for cruise line VIP passengers; a security-focused Customs and Border Protection area and an embarkation stations. Its first passenger ship, RCI's Empress of the Seas, arrived on April 28 2007.
The Half Moone also serves as an event venue with approximately 23,000 square feet of event spaces, each of which include interpretation and exhibits. Among the areas available for special event rental are the Bermuda Room, which displays artifacts and objects that tell the historic connections between Virginia and Bermuda; the Half Moone Vista, which includes some facts about the original fort; and the Lido and Promenade Decks, which address functions of those traditional decks on board cruise ships.
The name—Half Moone—is taken from the name of the fort that was built on the same site in 1673 in the form of a half moone. The fort was built to protect Norfolk's burgeoning maritime industry.
