Forum 66 is a twin tower complex in Shenyang, Liaoning, China. The complex consists of two supertall skyscrapers, Tower 1 and Tower 2. Tower 1 will have the height of 384 metres | 1,260 ft with 76 floors and Tower 2 will have the height of 351 metres | 1,152 ft with 68 floors. The towers are expected to be completed in 2015. Construction of Tower 2 has been suspended as of 2018. The buildings were developed by Hang Lung Properties and share their Chinese name with other projects of Hang Lung, like Plaza 66 in Shanghai.

Baoneng Shenyang Global Financial Center, also known as Pearl of the North, is a supertall skyscraper under construction in Shenyang, Liaoning, China. It is planned to be 568 metres | 1,864 ft tall. Construction started in 2014 and is expected to be completed in 2018. The towers occupy a prestigious site to the south of the iconic Liaoning TV Tower, and form part of a master plan covering an area of 59 hectares along the famous “Golden Corridor” Youth Street in the central business district. The development overlooks Youth Park and the Nanyun River to the east. In addition to the two supertall towers, the complex will contain five luxury high-rise residential buildings, each rising approximately 200 meters above a podium that accommodates a large culturally-themed lifestyle shopping mall.
