Acton Bridge - Freight Variety & Steam - 28th April 2016
Time for a all day freight day at the rural village of Acton Bridge in Cheshire with a mate of mine. We start off on Platform's 1 and 2 on the station before heading down the road to the second footbridge south of the station. While we were down there we managed to get a few freight's passing by despite the weather giving us a blasting of hailstone!. We venture back to the station before Biomass where it then decided to rain on an off all afternoon, during that time we get Black 5 44871 with 57316 on the Great Britain Tour. We continued on to late evening before leaving around 10pm.
