Chata sa nachádza v RO Domaša, v časti Tíšava na pozemku o rozlohe 93 m2. Prešla kompletnou rekonštrukciou pred šiestimi rokmi. Tvorí ju hala s kuchynkou, dve izby a kúpeľňa so sprchovacím kútom a WC. Vymenené sú plastové okná, obložkové dvere so zárubňami, plávajúce podlahy, dlažba, podlahové kúrenie, chata je celkovo zateplená aj s novou zateplenou strechou Bramac. Súčasťou chaty je veľká zastrešená terasa s príjemným posedením a krásnym výhľadom na Domašu. Predáva sa vrátane zariadenia. Zavedená je elektrika, voda, samozrejmosťou je vlastná žumpa. Vykurovanie tuhým palivom. V prízemnej časti je kotolňa, prístrešok na drevo a záhradná sprcha. Táto chatka má aj podnikateľského ducha keďže v prízemnej časti je bufet s rýchlym občerstvením. Na pozemku sa nachádza suché WC, drevená hojdačka, vlastná studňa 9 m hlboká kopaná, záhradka a množstvo okrasných kríkov a kvetov. V tejto krásnej chatke sa dá celoročne bývať a v letných mesiacoch aj podnikať.
