Canada: NB, Fredericton
Fredericton is the capital of the Canadian province of New Brunswick. The city is situated along the Saint John River, which flows west to east as it bisects the city.
The Historic Garrison District, a National Historic Site, is Fredericton's premier heritage and festival center. This beautiful riverside site recalls all the drama and glory of Fredericton's past as a garrison town.
Occupying the hill southwest of downtown is Odell Park, a large preserved forest area. Its trails and wooded areas are a favourite for hiking, jogging, dog walking, and cross-country skiing for city residents. Odell Park borders on the Fredericton Botanic Garden.

125 Golf Club Road Fredericton
A paradox in every sense of the word; physically imposing from the outside yet quaint and charm-filled in. An unprecedented acreage of mature land while being steps from the walking trail, mins from downtown and all while having a private owned access directly to the Fredericton Golf Course. Temporary subdivision plans (to be approved) on file at the city for the investor, but we tend to think this piece of Fredericton history stands the test of time as is. The choice is yours, because this family home is for sale and let’s just say, we have a feeling you haven’t seen anything quite like it.
