Whale Watching Highlights, Aug 23, 2012, Long Island, NS Canada
We got up with hope of booking a tour from Brier Island, or one of the larger companies in the area, but they were all booked up.... And Lucky for us...
We hooked on to this Mom & Pop shop, Freeport Whale & Seabird Tours and they were absolutely Fantastic..
its a Brother and Sister operation, he runs the boat, she runs the kitchen and on top of top notch service and experience all around, they were supper nice people also...
I'd highly recommend them to anyone..

Escape to Brier Island, Nova Scotia
Derek and I were feeling overwhelmed with the world and ran away to Brier Island. They were so kind to us there and the experience was so positive. We needed this time.
I thought I’d share some pictures. Also a few more ramblings from a grieving mom.

Whale Watching with Brier Island Lodge and MV Island Link
4th of July Celebration with the Humpbacks
We had an amazing day whale watching on the MV Island Link. We spend some time with a mother and calf pair of humpbacks and they displayed many behaviors. We saw an amazing full breach by the calf and a few back and tail breaches, along with pectoral slapping and spy hopping. Book your trip or vacation package now! 1-800-662-8355
