紙風鈴 Tree Phoning - 一夜之間 (Live at Freespace Happening 2017 feat.

Why Does HONG KONG Have World's MOST EXPENSIVE HOMES? - VisualPolitik EN
Did you know that Hong Kong is the city with the smallest and most expensive homes in the world? With seven and a half million inhabitants and more than 1200 skyscrapers, homes in Hong Kong are terribly expensive. In this video we’ll tell you why.

Hello, Bonjour, Guten tag, whatever your phrase might be.
Today is an absolute tragic day for humanity. With live bullets now in play by police in HK, police using ambulances, and police targeting STUDENTS ATTEMPTING TO FLEE THE UNIVERSITY WITH TEAR GAS.
It's enough. This is bullshit. People are so up their own we have forgotten what America was founded on.
We were able to get out of British control due to France sending us aid and people have the gaul to say we should mind our own business. It's absolutely disgusting.
Now, for the point.
My name is Dillon Hurley and I'm a content producer based out of LA. I film vlogs for rappers from my phone, very home style video.
As of this moment I don't have a lot going on, I really don't have a lot to lose. I want to make an impact and I want to send a ripple that helps the rest of the world, starting in Hong Kong.
Hong Kong has the capability to be the light that this world needs with all the government protests been going on.
-
The absolute lack of news coverage about what is happening in HK is sickening and I want to change it.
I need help, I want to get a team together and go to HK with a 'media sponsorship' and make a documentart and GIVE IT (NOT SELL) to ALL PLACES THAT ARE WILLING TO POST.
We have the power to completely flip the script on china with a few weeks of hard work, a DSLR (Sony to be specific) a passion, and the source.
We needs boots on the ground to get this happening and here is my concern.
For as much as I don't have to lose, I still don't want to die and whats been going on it just getting worse and worse.
I would be comfortable going out with a team IF we had a company looking after us from the home field.
I even wrote this to the contact us page of CIA.GOV
“Hello!
My name is Dillon Hurley, I’m 22 years old and I’m an independent content creator based on LA.
I have been posting and talking about everything happening in China for months and honestly what happen today is the last straw.
I personally want to lead a media team into Hong Kong and get boots on the ground to make a story because the world deserves to see this.
HK deserves help.
I could just fly in by myself and try it but I am truly afraid that I wouldn’t make it by myself without a support team and don't have the funding to put up an operation like this.
I need some type of sponsorship to help with this. I honestly don’t have the money at the moment to afford the ticket and equipment I’d need but I am deathly serious.
I want to make an impact. I want to help. I really think this can lead to so much change that can help millions!
Please, I know this might go unread so I’ll be sending more but I don’t know who else to contact.
Thank you.
Here's what I was looking to purchase unless someone wants to donate a camera, that's looking to be the biggest cost.
One of the best Night photo/video cameras on the market.

Round Trip plane ticket to HK

And a small amount of peace of mind that I am not alone.
The idea of me getting something on camera that police don't like then being attacked knowing no one will know is my biggest fear with this project.

Cultural district long-term investment (22.2.2016)
Chief Secretary Carrie Lam:
M+ is also part of the wider West Kowloon Cultural District, which is a long-term strategic investment of the HKSAR Government to transform a 40-hectare prime site on the waterfront into an integrated arts and cultural district with world-class arts and cultural facilities as well as quality open spaces that will make Hong Kong people proud. The facilities are now taking shape and will be commissioned in stages. Since the opening of the Nursery Park last July, the Authority has been organising series of popular cultural events at the Park including Freespace Happening that are being held on alternate Sundays under the territory-wide Appreciate Hong Kong Campaign. The M+ Pavilion, the first building to be completed on the West Kowloon Cultural District, will open later this year. The Xiqu Centre, a world-class facility dedicated to Chinese opera, is scheduled to open in 2018 along with parts of the Park. Another venue, the Freespace, will open in 2019.
The West Kowloon Cultural District is a leading example of the HKSAR Government's commitment to promoting arts and culture in Hong Kong. We endeavour to create an environment which is conducive to freedom of artistic expression and creation, and wider participation in cultural activities. (

Freespace Happening
Gonne Choi
M+ Pavilion opens (22.7.2016)
M+ Pavilion, the first permanent facility to open in the West Kowloon Cultural District, is now open for art exhibitions. The mirrored external walls reflect the surrounding expanses of greenery and immerse the building within its park setting, allowing the Pavilion to blend into its surroundings.
The first show to be presented in the M+ Pavilion will be a solo exhibition by Hong Kong artist Tsang Kin-wah in September. In the run-up to the opening of M+ in 2019, M+ Pavilion will serve as a base for the museum where a series of exhibitions will go on display in the heart of the art hub.
West Kowloon Cultural District Authority Board Chairman, Chief Secretary Carrie Lam said the Government will continue to develop the cultural district into a world-class art and cultural hub.
The cultural district is a long-term strategic investment by the Government to promote the development of art and creative industries, meet the growing cultural needs of the public, attract and nurture artistic talents, and strengthen Hong Kong's position as an international art and cultural metropolis.
“Such a vision and commitment is something that should make us proud,” Mrs Lam said.
The opening of the M+ Pavilion will soon be followed by the opening of the Xiqu Centre in 2018, the Art Park including the Freespace with a black box theatre and an outdoor stage from 2018 in stages. The M+ Building will open in 2019. The Lyric Theatre Complex has also entered the detailed design stage and is expected to be completed in 2020 and open in 2021. (
Video Art in Hong Kong: Morgan Wong
Hong Kong-artist Morgan Wong interrogates existential themes around the passing of time and the meaning of seemingly mundane, repetitive gestures.
Through the medium of video, he adds an extra dimension to his performance art that is in equal parts inspired by the absurdist writers Albert Camus and Samuel Beckett as it is the classical Chinese canon.
See Morgan Wong's work in Art in the Bar, a one-day festival organised by COBO Social on September 14, 2017. Events will take place in 11 bars around town.
