Having made a pilgrimage to Shirdi ourselves and seeing for first hand the incredibly large crowds of pilgrims and devotees who visit to do darshan (prayers), all we can say is that we are in complete awe and truly humbled by a person (such as Sai Baba) a person who walked on this earth in such a glorious manner, whose words and actions created such powerful energies and vibrations that (over 150 years later) he still has a markable impact on people's lives in such a way that we can easily sometimes forget; but seeing the huge numbers of devotees and pilgrims says much more than words can say or articulate.
You need not be a devotee or even a believer but you cannot ignore Shirdi Sai Baba's contribution to humanity.
Quotes by Shirdi Sai Baba:
* If you are wealthy, be humble. Plants bend when they bear fruit.
* Spend money in charity; be generous and munificent but not extravagant.
* Whatever creature comes to you, human or otherwise, treat it with consideration.
* See the divine in the human being.
* There is a wall of separation between oneself and others and between you and me. Destroy this wall!
* I get angry with none, Will a mother get angry with her children? Will the ocean send back the waters to the several rivers?
* What is our duty? To behave properly. That is enough.
* God is not so far away. He is not in the heavens above, nor in hell below. He is always near you.
* If you cannot endure abuse from another, just say a simple word or two, or else leave.
* I stay by the side of whoever repeats my name.
* Do not be obsessed by egotism, imagining that you are the cause of action: everything is due to God.
* Do not fight with anyone, nor retaliate, nor slander anyone.
* All gods are one. There is no difference between a Hindu and a Muslim.
* Mosque and temple are the same.
* When you see with your inner eye. Then you realize that you are God and not different from Him.
* To God be the praise.
* I am only the slave of God.
* Choose friends who will stick to you till the end, through thick and thin.
Shirdi is one of India's most important pilgrimage towns. Sai Baba was a 19th century saint who brought together people from all faiths, Sai continues to heal the souls of devotees who queue up for many hours to seek blessings.
Here are some interesting interesting facts about Shirdi that we've read.
The small town which has a registered population of just over 36,000 people and provides jobs and livelihood to many workers and laborers.
* On some days Shirdi can get up to 60,000 visitors in a day and it's estimated that the figures can go as high as 100,000 over the weekends (it can go as high as 500,000 during auspicious days such as Gurupoornima, Dussehra and Ramnavami).
* The beautiful temple that stands at the center of Shirdi’s economy was constructed in the year 101922, 4 years after Sai Baba’s death, the shrine was commissioned and privately owned by Mr Shrimant Gopalrao, a millionaire from Nagpur, who was a devotee of Sai Baba. Today the temple is owned and run by the Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust.
* Another rich devotee, Mr KV Ramani, (the co-founder of NASSCOM and founding other successful software firms), Ramani donates his money to the saint of Shirdi. The philanthropist has been donating 80 per cent of his earnings to the Shirdi Sai Trust. In 2012 he donated Rs 110 crore to the trust to build an ashram that can accommodate 14,000 devotees.
The address for the temple is: Taluka Rahata Dist. Ahmednagar, Mauli Nagar, Shirdi, Maharashtra 423109, India

In this video me and my family visit a tesco extra superstore in Blackpool. This store has a toy section, cafe, homeware and so much more. But I unfortunately didnt film all that. I did however, film and do a voice over looking around all of the aisle. There is a huge frozen food selection, including lots of vegan and vegetarian options. The had 1kg of potatoes for 29p, lots of reduced items. My husband loved the fresh antipasti section and bought stuffed olives and sun-dried tomatoes. We do a huge food haul next time. We really hope you enjoyed this video.

Hi everyone. Thank you for visiting my channel. My name is Simone and I am a Mum of 3. I am from England and married to Ryan who is from Namibia. I initially started this channel to document my 3rd pregnancy and to help women overcome any fear of giving birth. I have had an emergency c section, then a home birth and then a water birth in hospital. My last two births were unmedicated/drug free and lovely experiences, and very healing after my first birth was traumatic. I also wanted to share my story and support for women who want to breastfeed. I also share my health journey including removing a xanthelasma on my eye. After sharing my birth vlogs and baby and postpartum updates, I started to make videos on clothes hauls, reviews, vlogs, cooking, cleaning and monetization after reaching 1000 subscribers and 4000 watch hours. I love connecting with like minded people and would love it if you subscribed to my channel and left me a message. Much love xx
