塔斯曼尼亞$10隻生蠔 識食要去呢度
澳洲的塔斯曼尼亞是吃蠔的好地方，特別在秋冬季節，蠔極肥美，雖然其味道不及法國蠔多變而有層次，但海水味足，而且一口一隻夠「過癮」，最重要是價錢便宜！一般餐廳只賣$20一隻左右，但如果你懂得門路，即可吃到$10一隻的，更是鮮度十足！

Freycinet Lodge
Located within Freycinet National Park on the east coast of Tasmania, Freycinet Lodge is place to reconnect - at one with the surrounding wilderness.
Freycinet Lodge offers coastal bushland accommodation within Freycinet National Park and is home to two restaurants, a bar and lounge, a providore/gift shop and a wrap-around deck with spectacular views over Great Oyster Bay. All visitors are welcome to visit Freycinet Lodge. Richardson’s Bistro, Hazards Bar and The Bay Restaurant offer great places to eat or a drink looking out at the bay. The Lodge is the only accommodation provider offering guests a place to stay within the national park.
Freycinet Lodge also operates as a wedding venue and offers an amazing location for brides and grooms to tie the knot.

Day 1:
Brisbane-hobart 飛行時間3小時
這次整個旅程都是乘搭商務座位，因為是工作研討會，搭飛機可以減稅！
Day 2:
Hobart City + Mona museum 打卡必去博物館
Salamanca market 每週六都會有的最大的市集！有一間賣薑啤酒的是自家生意，必試！還有薰衣草雪糕也是，必試！都能在市集找到！
美食:
1. Upper Murse Tasmania 生蠔食物環境很不錯，不過價格比較貴。
2. Blue eyes Seafood restaurant 炸魷魚和炸白飯魚都很香，不過服務態度非常差。（不排除他們歧視華人）
3. Drunken admiral 必去！烤生蠔，seafood chowder（自家海鮮湯）和烤海鮮串 必點 不後悔！
4. T42 這家餐廳的quarter house steak和scallops risotto 做的出乎意料的好！
美景不過沒美食
1. The glass house hobart 我們點的是chef selection $75aud 一個人，除了吃了2小塊海膽和魚生還不錯，其他的性價比過低。
2. Mona museum bar restaurant 是一間在mona博物館裡面的餐廳，打卡必去，食物一般。

Brekkie seafood snack?: Freycinet Marine Farm
Brekkie: Geographe Restaurant and Espresso Bar
Lunch: Geographe Restaurant and Espresso Bar, The Ice Creamery and then back to Freycinet Marine Farm for the Abalone(not my thing haha) and the mussles
DAY 7: Road to Orford
Brekkie: The Pondering Frog (the chowder is my liiiifee, my stomach is grumbling at the thought of eating it ahaha + the berry ice cream is literally to die for!)
Sightseeing: Devil's Corner (winery), Melshell Oyster Shack (more seafood yay!), Kate's Berry Farm (jam so so so so nice), Spiky Bridge
Lunch: The Fish Van
DAY 8: Road to Hobart
Sightseeing: Richmond Village, Sorell Fruit Farm, Barilla Bay Oysters
DAY 9: Hobart
Sightseeing: Salamanca Markets, Mount Wellington, Cascade Brewery, Cascades Female Factory
Lunch: Cascade Brewery
DAY 10: Port Arthur
Brekkie/Coffee: Port Arthur Lavender Farm
Sightseeing: Port Arthur Historic Site (the prison was so scary y'all, they make you go inside silently and have sounds that emit from speakers to make it seem legit but it was so interesting + the plays were sooooo amazing!!!), Tasman Arch + Lookout
DAY 11: Hobart
Brunch: Daci & Daci Bakers (soooo goood, my mouth is watering thinking about their food)
Sightseeing: relaxing day around Hobart/Battery Point, Museum of Old and New Art (MONA)
DAY 11: Hobart

Sightseeing: relax day + walk around the city of Hobart + shopping day ahaha
