Exploring Bequia island, Friendship bay
Ok, after being some weeks in this island and in Admiralty bay, maybe its time to explore some more.. we tied on our walking shoes ( read flip-flops) and decider to take a hike over to the other side of the island, to Friendship bay. WOW! they do have some steep hills on this island! and the sun isn't helping! BUT, we found a bar at the top with cold beers, and we walked further down to the bay and took a swim and walked some more around the beach-area. Super nice place, no people and cool corners all over! They do have a whaling station here, but we didn't go there. wish we did. But we learned that they do have a quote to catch 3 whales each year.. but its a long time since they filled that quote...
Well, is it time so keep sailing the caribbean and move on??
Hiking & Snorkeling in Bequia | Sailing to Mustique - Vlog 3
St. Vincent and the Grenadines. In this episode we hike around Bequia to Friendship Bay and La Pompe. We do a little snorkeling. Then we then sail the catamaran from Bequia to the island of Mustique. We end the evening at the famous Basil's Bar on Mustique.
