It’s maple syrup season at Fulton's
Scott Deugo from Fulton's Pancake House and Sugar Bush helps his sons Parker, 13, Tyson, 11, and Logan, 8, spend their March break learning how to run their very own maple syrup business called Triple Trouble Maple Syrup with a brand new, wood fired evaporator. The boys helped create a triple maple leaf logo for the bottles of the amber treat that they will be selling in the next few days. Monday, March 14, 2016 was the first day they started making syrup. Their grandmother, Shirley Fulton-Deugo, helped fund the business by giving them a loan to purchase the small evaporator and each boy has taken on certain tasks such as accounting and organizing by Parker while Logan maintains the fire and Tyson likes running the sales.

How to make maple taffy on snow using at home using pure maple syrup. All you need is pure maple syrup, candy thermometer, butter, popsicle sticks or forks, a deep pot, oven mitts, and hard packed snow or crushed ice in a shallow dish. Made at Fulton's Pancake House and Sugarbush in Pakenham.

We went to Mount Pakenham Ski Resort in Pakenham Ontario on the weekend. We had a blast! The hill was short but fun. especially when you got spinning around. Aside from the 'onTube' footage, I'm also seen going down the hill at 3:46. Mount Pakenham is a beautiful resort.
