小さな旅・マリンフェスタ2018 in FUNABASHI[其の三]
2018.06.03(日) 千葉港京葉埠頭で開催されました「マリンフェスタ2018 in FUNABASHI」を見物に訪れました。京葉線新習志野駅から無料シャトルバスが10分置きに運行されていました。楽々会場到着です。
目的は初代南極観測船しらせの見学です。
この催しの主催は自衛隊とのこと、自衛隊広報が盛んでした。
其の三は「しらせ」を下船し、サッポロビール千葉工場内にある「千葉ビール園」で生ビールを飲み飲みジンギスカンを頬張りました。
食事後、高機能車体験乗車も考えましたが、ビールを飲んで酔ったか、体験乗車で酔ったかが分からなくなるので無料シャトルバスで駅に戻りました。

Sogo Koen park (総合公園) in Urayasu City, Chiba, Japan
This gorgeous seaside park adjacent to Tokyo Bay was a nice find, while out on my bicycle one day. The best part was the HUGE open field right by the water's edge (about the size of at least 2 football fields), great for playing ball, flying kites, and tossing the frisbee. They also have a day camp area where you can have a BBQ cookout.
