The exhibition Marks of Metal opened at Mediemuseet-Brandts in Odense, Denmark, on January 15, 2015 and runs through May 31, 2015. The exhibition is under the direction of Vitus Vestergaard. This is part of Vitus' ongoing research project in the research program The Performances of Everyday Living at the University of Southern Denmark's Dept for the Study of Culture entitled Investigation of Metal Music and Visuals: Logo, Cover, Brand. Johnny Harboe is a member of the team who mounted this exhibition, and he is also affiliated with The Performances of Everyday Living. På bare to år er en ny løbetradition skabt i Aarhus. Aarhus Motion byder i samarbejde med Nykredit velkommen til 21.097 km fyldt med underholdning og oplevelser. Ruten tager løberne med gennem en totalt afspærret Aarhus midtby og henviser denne dag bilerne til garagen.
Løbende sightseeing
Undervejs passerer du alle de kendte attraktioner i Aarhus såsom Den Gamle By, Aros kunstmuseum og Tivoli Friheden. Du kommer til at se Aarhus fra den absolut bedste side!
Hot Spots og underholdning
Du kommer bestemt ikke til at kede dig undervejs på ruten. Der vil være mere end 30 steder med underholdning og Hot Spots, hvor alle sanseindtryk bliver udfordret. Du vil møde alt fra sambadansere til DJ's og rock bands. Helt unikt har vi også en Tour Caravane, som kendt fra de store cykelløb. Den kører foran løberne, og sætter de mere end 40.000 tilskuere i den helt rette stemning, så de er klar til at heppe og hjælpe dig på vej.
Løbeudfordring
Vi har plads til alle - nybegynderen, motionisten, supermotionisten og eliten! For 30% af deltagerne i 2013 var Nykredit Aarhus City Halvmarathon deres første halvmarathon nogensinde. Så tag udfordringen op - vi lover dig at du ikke kommer til at fortryde det....!
Løb dig til en god tid
Ikke alene er turen flot og seværdig, men for mange løbere er det også blevet til gode løbstider. Hele 40% løb en bedre tid, end de havde regnet med, og yderligere 40% løb den tid de havde sat sig for at løbe.
Vent ikke for længe med tilmeldingen...
99% af deltagerne fra 2013 siger, at de gerne vil deltage i Nykredit Aarhus City Halvmarathon igen, så der kan ende med at blive rift om de 10.000 pladser. Så vent ikke for længe med tilmeldingen, hvis du vil være en del af årets ultimative løbeoplevelse.
Tag bare hele familien med og slå jer ned i parken efter løbet, hvor der også kan købes en velfortjent øl eller sodavand. Der vil samtidig være underholdning for børnene i form af børneteater og andre aktiviteter.
Kommer du udenbys fra vil der også være masser at foretage sig hele weekenden. Du kan besøge den flotte sportsmesse og gøre et godt køb, eller besøge nogle af de unikke seværdigheder som du løber forbi om søndagen. Her kan du ved forevisning af startnummer få rabat på entré til disse. For børnene er der børneløb om lørdagen, så kort sagt kan det sagtens blive en weekend med aktiviteter for hele familien.

Xero-litho at the Funen Printmaking Workshop and digital media at
the Culture Machine (Kulturmaskinen).
20 invited professional printmakers from Northern Europe are taking part in the Symposium,
from the 2nd to the 9th September 2011.
The first two symposiums were held in Sweden and Finland, this year its held in Odense, Denmark.
