This was a property we video shot for The Kilner Group. It was a tricky property to film and storyboard. The property has a wood/log cabin on site that has a rustic charm about it. However the main selling point and most appealing features of this listing were the dock slip and 2+ acres of undeveloped parcels included. We did our best to convey the feeling and sense of relaxation that surrounded this property, without missing any of the benefits it had to offer.

More History for The Skate Community , The United States of America and The World!!
Long before my speaking role in The Skate Movie ATL in which I was cast and played the character SKATEMAN that's Alvin Skateman in real life, it was this Movie FUNLAND that allowed me to have the opportunity to do my 1st speaking role in which I was cast and played the character ALVIN that is also ME in real life, as one of the Rappers /Dancers of the Dance and Skate/Dance Group Cosmic Gang in a Major Movie that was also shot in Atlanta,Georgia, BACK IN DAY!!!!!
The Dance and Skate/Dance Group named and known as The COSMIC GANG members are Roy Bojangles Drake , Charles Rerun Foster and Alvin Skateman , all from Atlanta ,Georgia!!
We were then given the opportunity to expand our talent not only as Dancers, Skate/Dancers but now as Actors and Rappers!!!
I ALVIN SKATEMAN also helped write the lyrics and choreographed the dance routine for that cafeteria scene as we shared that scene with William Windom better known from the Movie To Kill a Mocking Bird and TV Series Murder She Wrote, just to name a few of his many prominent rolls and David Landers B.K.A Squiggy on the TV Shows Laverne and Shirley and Happy Days .

As History has it we were the 1st Dance Group and Skate/Dance group from Atlanta, Georgia that were given the opportunity to ACT and to RAP in a major Movie!
