The Bannan or Blue line (code BL) is a metro line in Taipei operated by Taipei Metro, named after the districts it connects: Banqiao and Nangang. It has a total of 23 stations serving the districts of Nangang, Xinyi, Daan, Zhongshan, and Wanhua, Banqiao and Tucheng.
The entire line runs underground. The excavation of tunnels using the cut-and-cover method resulted in large scale detouring of road traffic. Because of that, the line runs beneath existing roads and totals 28.3 km (17.6 mi).
板南線，路線代碼為BL，路線代表色為藍色，是台北捷運一條營運中的路線。依興建期間與階段營運所使用的路線名稱，又可分為南港線、板橋線和土城線三個路段，這三個路段是以西門站、府中站為分界，西門站以東為南港線，西門站到府中站為板橋線，府中站以南為土城線。
板南線為台北捷運路網中首條東西向路線，也是全路網運量最大的路線，連結了板橋車站、臺北車站、南港車站三座三鐵共構車站。過去臺北捷運公司曾以藍線的名稱整合原本是獨立定名的南港線與板橋線，但又同時將列車實際上是直通運行的這兩條路線合稱為板南線，並在土城線通車後仍持續使用此名稱，僅在正式場合時分開敘述、或合稱南港－板橋－土城線。另外，該路線也有板土線、土板南線或板南土城線等新聞媒體或民間私下的稱呼方式。在頂埔站通車時，由於板南線的新北端已經延伸到土城頂埔，時任新北市市長朱立倫提議是否改名城南線，臺北市市長柯文哲則表示是否改名為土南線。
由於台北捷運的路線系統在松山線通車後路線不再有重大變革，配合此路線的通車，台北捷運公司於2014年10月11日宣布重整營運路線的名稱與編號，回歸初期規劃時的原始設計。其中「板南線」的路線名因使用已久、廣為民眾所知悉而不進行更改，但另行增加數字編號，稱為5號線。後2016年10月，再度變更路線編號，取消數字改採用英文編碼做識別，板南線依路線顏色－藍色之英文縮寫為「BL」。
