Street Food in China! Exotic Chinese Street Food and Seafood in Guangzhou, near Hong Kong! This is the best street food!
In Guangzhou, China, and Hong Kong, there is some of the best chinese seafood and Chinese street food around the world. In 2016, I began getting more and more serious about eating Chinese street food, and now, in 2017, I'm going full time! Fresh, cheap, and delicious Chinese street food! You have to try it! You can eat and try the best cantonese food specialties like dim sum, bbq roast pork (char sui), rice noodle rolls, and fresh (not cheap) seafood from a local seafood market, all of which are must try chinese foods!

In this food and travel video/vlog, I take you on a full Chinese street food tour of Guangzhou (keep this food in mind if you also visit Hong Kong)- we eat a lot of specialties on the street and in Chinese restaurants together. The addresses for these locations are listed below. Chinese/Asian food recipes are going to be included in my blog shortly.
1) Local street food Chang Fen (rice noodle roll) - These are found throughout the city and are famously eaten during breakfast time in Guangdong, or during yumcha dimsum. I went to a very cheap Chinese restaurant specializing in Changfen in Baiyun district:

2) The best and must try chashaobao AKA charsui bao AKA BBQ pork bun. These beauties are like upgraded baozi steam buns you find all over the streets of China. The pork juicy and covered in a sweet Barbeque sauce and the bun is so fluffy, you won't be able to get enough of them!

3) Famous Chinese street food Chashao BBQ pork and Shao'e roast goose. These are the best and two must try street foods in China, especially during lunch hour in Guangzhou or Hong Kong

4) Dim sum at the famous yumcha dim sum restaurant Dim Dou Dak. This is a chain restaurant that serves some of the best cantonese dim sum in the city. Be sure to order the shao mai dumplings, har gao dumplings, fengzhua chicken feet, and their specialty red rice roll. So good!

5) The largest wholesale seafood market in Guangzhou. There is a huge selection of seafood here, you could spend a whole day here just watching and discovering all the different types of fresh seafood. It's not cheap unfortunately, it's quite expensive! Be ready to bargain a little bit.

Man attacked by tiger at zoo in Ningbo, East China
A man, who was attacked by a tiger in Yageer Zoo in the city of Ningbo, east China’s Zhejiang Province, has been confirmed dead. Witnesses at the scene have said that the man, who has not been identified, had approached the tiger at a close distance before being dragged into the beast’s enclosure. Zoo workers tried to distract the tiger with firecrackers and water guns. Local media reported that the tiger was shot dead afterwards. The man was initially hospitalized for injuries suffered during the incident, but was pronounced dead hours later.

Huan Yang, a native of Fuzhou, China, who grew up watching his family run restaurant businesses, was recently seeking to open an eatery with a large selection of healthy food options.
Having owned a Chinese restaurant, Yang wanted to create a new and “different” eatery with a menu where everything on it is “good for you.”
“I ran a Chinese restaurant for more than 10 years,” said Yang, who emigrated to this country in 2014. “Then three years ago I had a sushi burrito, and it was amazing.”
After owning his own Chinese restaurant in New Jersey, he decided to partner with two friends from his home country, Sheng Lin and Chuang Zhi Lin, to open Shaka.
“People think healthy isn’t tasty. But our food is really healthy and really tasty. ...Shaka means ‘doing something good.' We have a slogan: ‘Eat good, stay good,’” said Yang.

Tiger shot dead for mauling man to death in China Zoo 2017
A man was mauled to death by tiger at a zoo in Ningbo, China, on Sunday (Jan 29) after he inadvertently climbed into its enclosure to avoid paying for a ticket.
According to CCTV news via Shanghaiist, the man named Zhang visited the zoo with his wife, children and a friend.
The rest of his family purchased tickets to enter the place, but Zhang and his friend decided to try their luck to enter the zoo for free.
They climbed a 3-meter high wall along the zoo's perimeter and entered the compound.
The duo then came across another wall. Zhang climbed over it, but his friend did not follow him this time.
ttle did the former know however that the tigers' enclosure was on the other side of the wall.
He was subsequently surrounded by an ambush of tigers following his entry.
Zoo staff tried to scare the big cats away with water guns and fireworks. One tiger however was unfazed and proceeded to drag the man away before reportedly attacking him as his family looked on.
It was then shot and killed by zoo staff.
The victim was carried out of the enclosure and pronounced dead at a hospital.
