The City Lounge in the Kotaraya II Bus Terminal in Johor Bahru is where I caught the Causeway Link Bus to Johor Bahru's Senai Airport for Ringgit 8, otherwise the taxi fare would have been around Ringgit 45. The bus terminal also has buses to Singapore, including the Resorts world Sentosa bus.

This Preview Angry Birds Activity Park has just reopened in May 2014. Admission is Free, Cool or Caw?

The Angry Birds Activity Theme Park will be opening on 31st October 2014 at the refurbished KOMTAR JBCC.
Admission is not free, :-(
MYR 75 per person, max. 80% discount for MyKad and MyKid holders. Family and Annual Passes are also available. RM50 per student for school groups of at least 30 students. T&C applies

The theme park has now opened at KOMTAR JBCC.

Citrus Hotel Johor Bahru has been our go to hotel when we travel to Johor for a short trip. Strategically located in the heart of Johor Bahru Town, Citrus Hotel Johor Bahru is minutes away from City Square Mall, Komtar JBCC, Galleria Kotaraya and JB Bazaar.

Whenever we stay in Citrus Hotel, our choice is the Club Room. We really love the Club Room in Citrus. The bay window in the room, with that seating area is definitely amazing for us to people watch.

The Club Room also comes with all the things we need during our stay, tooth brush and tooth paste, hair dryer, mini fridge, boiler and even a safe box.

But what stands out most about Citrus Hotel Johor Bahru was the staff. From front desk, chambermaids, security and cafe staff, all have made us feel truly welcome and a part of the Citrus Hotel family.

We love the way how Miss Indah from the front office remembers us each time we are there, Mr Hassan is always there to help us with the door, especially with two young boys in the stroller and Mr Hassan will never fail to play with the kids and strike up a lively conversation with us, in fact with almost all guest.

Mr Jasvin Singh, Citrus Hotel Johor Bahru hotel manager, is such a warm and friendly guy. Never had we chat so much about family and all the on-goings with a hotel manager. Since the first time we met him in the cafe, then the lift and lobby, he would remember us, we noticed even many other guests, and that big warm smile would always be a nice sight.
