Paolo Mancuso is a gang boss whose rivals want dead. During a failed assassination attempt, he is bitten by an infected lab rat. In the short time he has left to live, he tracks down his enemies and kills them one by one.
Paolo Mancuso, calabrese d'origine, emigra con la moglie a Milano in cerca di fortuna. Stanco di soffrire la miseria e la fame, non trova di meglio che cercare di arraffare miliardi inserendosi nel giro della malavita che controlla il traffico della droga e della prostituzione; e, in effetti scala i più alti vertici della mafia divenendo un temuto alto boss. Ma la sua fortuna scatena contro di lui la lotta delle bande rivali.
Paolo Mancuso est un chef de gang dont les rivaux veulent mort. Lors d'une tentative d'assassinat, il est mordu par un rat de laboratoire infecté. Dans le peu de temps qu'il reste à vivre, il traque ses ennemis et les tue un par un.
