Belarus’ta ‘Leonardo da Vinci tankı’ yapıldı
Belaruslu film yapımcıları tarafından Leonardo da Vinci'nin eskizlerinden yola çıkılarak ahşap ve metalden üretilen tank, tarihi-fantazi tarzındaki bir film çekimlerinde kullanılması için hazırlandı.
Tekerler üzerinde duran ve elle kumanda edilen aracın ağırlığı 4 tonu geçiyor. Atların yardımıyla hareket eden tankın ‘ateş’ gücü 16 tane sahte toptan oluşuyor. Film çekiminden sonra ‘tank’ın müzede sergilenmesi planlanıyor. Detaylar Sputnik'in hazırladığı videoda.

Юрист судебной практики Legaltax Александра Третьяк комментирует самые важные изменения законодательства Беларуси за октябрь 2019
Антимонопольное право:
Проектом закона предлагается внести такие изменения:
- Результаты публичных слушаний могут учитываться при формировании фиксированных, предельных цен на услуги естественных монополий.
- Если обнаружены признаки нарушений, но само нарушение еще не установлено, МАРТ сможет выдавать письменное предупреждение в случае обнаружения признаков нарушений без фиксации самого факта нарушения. Если условия предупреждения выполнены, то само нарушение снимается.
- МАРТ может обращаться в суд с исками, в том числе о понуждении к исполнению решений и предписаний.
Микрофинансовые займы
Расширен перечень видов деятельности ломбардов.
Микрофинансовую деятельность вправе осуществлять:
- коммерческие микрофинансовые организации;
- некоммерческие микрофинансовые организации в форме потребительского кооператива;
- государственные УП или хозобщества с долей государства от 50 %, которые зарегистрированы в сельской местности и оказывают бытовые услуги населению.
Ограничения для микрофинансовых организаций:
- процентов - не более двукратной суммы займа;
- неустойки, штрафы и пени - не более половины размера займа
- некоммерческие организации – фонды не могут предоставлять микрозаймы
Минимальный размер уставного фонда устанавливается Нацбанком.
Вступает в силу 27.04.2020.
Возобновляемая энергетика:
Квоты на производство возобновляемой энергетики могут изыматься у ЮЛ и ИП по согласованию с исполкомами, если на 1 июля года распределения квот, у ЮЛ или ИП отсутствуют:
- проектная документация, прошедшая госэкспертизу,
- документацию на земельный участок для создания установки.

„Życie jest w kolorze, który ma Twoja wyobraźnia - proponuję Państwu wybrać się ze mną w niedługą podróż do światu kolorowych fantazji, gdzie wystko się podporząkuje się kolorowi. Jego energii i mocy. Zaprowadzę Państwa w świat nieznany do tej pory, gdzie blękit rzeką wpada do krwawo-czerwonego słońca na horyzoncie mojego płótna. Tam nagle pojawiają się postacie kobiet opowiadające swoje niezwykle historyie, które probóję zatrzymać w wyobrażni i uchwycić przenosząc ich na mój obraz. Kolory same wprowadzają mnie na właściwą drogę, którą podążam bedąc tylko pośrednikiem między widzem i światem kolorów.
Olga Ivanova urodziła się na Białorusi. W latach 1999-2004 r. uczęszczała Szkoly Sztuk Pięknych w Mińsku na Białorusi. W 2009 r. skończyła Mińskie Państwowe Liceum Plastyczne imienia A.K. Gliebova na Wydziale Malarstwa, gdzie obroniła dyplom z wyróżnieniem. W 2013 r. obroniła pracę licencjacką na Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie w pracowni ilustracji Zygmunta Januszewskiego. W tym samym roku obroniła aneks w pracowni rysunku. Zwyciężczyni międzynarodowych i narodowych konkursów. W swoim dorobku ma wystawy indywidualne w Polsce i na Białorusi.

Life is of such color as your imagination.
When a plurality of color patches spread over the canvas, color madness begins and it is difficult to find control. It absorbs me with full force and opens me an unfamiliar world of fantasy. Colors stir me and my imagination. So, all that remains me is to follow iridescent color and wait for what the world will show me. It seems, that colors paint on canvas itself. Suddenly, silhouettes of women appear on my painting. They open me their stories. I pour them on canvas and try to show. In this way more and more new pictures are born. Now, I invite You to visit my exhibition and make the trip through the world of color fantasies. Perhaps, You also will discover something interesting for you.
Olga Ivanova was born in Belarus. Education: 1999-2004 School of Fine Arts in Minsk, Belarus. 2005-2009 Minsk State Art School named A.K. Glebova (Faculty of Painting) in 2013 obtained Bachelor's Degree in Faculty of Graphics at Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts. Currently is prepearing her Master's Degree at Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts. She has had individual exhibitions in Poland, Belarus. The winner of international, national competitions.
