[Virtua Tennis 3 Arcade] Gameplay (Gameworks, Tempe, Arizona)
Virtua Tennis 3 (Sega Professional Tennis: Power Smash 3 in Japan) is the second arcade game sequel to Sega's tennis game franchise, Virtua Tennis. The arcade version of Virtua Tennis 3 is powered by the PC-based Sega Lindbergh arcade system board. Ports for the PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 3 consoles are also available with a traditional collection of tennis minigames that the home versions of Virtua Tennis are known for. In 2009, Sega updated and re-created Virtua Tennis 3 in Virtua Tennis 2009.
Besides having Tournament Mode and Exhibition Mode from the arcade version, the home versions include a World Tour Mode and Court Games mode. These game modes replace the Challenge Mode that was present in the arcade version.
The Xbox 360 version has exclusive Xbox Live online tournaments and modes, whilst the PlayStation 3 version incorporates the option to control the game using the Sixaxis motion-sensitive controller.
Both the 360 and PS3 versions offer native 1080p support.
A playable game demo of the Xbox 360 version was released on Xbox Live Marketplace on March 16, 2007.

Pac-Man Arcade - Projector Gameplay Demonstration - Gameworks, Tempe, AZ
Pac-Man (パックマン Pakkuman?) is an arcade game developed by Namco and first released in Japan on May 22, 1980. It was licensed for distribution in the United States by Midway and released in October 1980. Immensely popular from its original release to the present day, Pac-Man is considered one of the classics of the medium, virtually synonymous with video games, and an icon of 1980s popular culture. Upon its release, the game—and, subsequently, Pac-Man derivatives—became a social phenomenon that sold a large amount of merchandise and also inspired, among other things, an animated television series and a top-ten hit single.
When Pac-Man was released, the most popular arcade video games were space shooters, in particular Space Invaders and Asteroids. The most visible minority were sports games that were mostly derivatives of Pong. Pac-Man succeeded by creating a new genre and appealing to both genders. Pac-Man is often credited with being a landmark in video game history, and is among the most famous arcade games of all time. It is also one of the highest-grossing video games of all time, having generated more than $2.5 billion in quarters by the 1990s.
The character has appeared in more than 30 officially licensed game spin-offs, as well as in numerous unauthorized clones and bootlegs. According to the Davie-Brown Index, Pac-Man has the highest brand awareness of any video game character among American consumers, recognized by 94 percent of them. Pac-Man is one of the longest running video game franchises from the golden age of video arcade games. It is part of the collection of the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. and of New York's Museum of Modern Art.
A perfect Pac-Man game occurs when the player achieves the maximum possible score on the first 255 levels (by eating every possible dot, power pellet, fruit, and enemy) without losing a single life, and then scoring as many points as possible in the last level. As verified by the Twin Galaxies International Scoreboard on July 3, 1999, the first person to achieve this maximum possible score (3,333,360 points) was Billy Mitchell of Hollywood, Florida, who performed the feat in about six hours.
In September 2009, David Race of Beavercreek, Ohio, became the sixth person to achieve a perfect score. His time of 3 hours, 41 minutes, and 22 seconds set a new record for the fastest time to obtain a perfect score.
In December 1982, an 8-year-old boy, Jeffrey R. Yee, supposedly received a letter from U.S. President Ronald Reagan congratulating him on a worldwide record of 6,131,940 points, a score only possible if he had passed the unbeatable Split-Screen Level. In September 1983, Walter Day, chief scorekeeper at Twin Galaxies, took the US National Video Game Team on a tour of the East Coast to visit video game players who claimed they could get through the Split-Screen Level. No video game player could demonstrate this ability. In 1999, Billy Mitchell offered $100,000 to anyone who could pass through the Split-Screen Level before January 1, 2000. The prize was never claimed.

Dead Heat Arcade - Gameplay Demonstration - Gameworks, Tempe, AZ
Namcos Dead Heat Arcade Racing Game incorporates social networking and the latest in game cabinet technology, so players can enjoy intense head-to-head competition with their closest friends. The Dead Heat arcade cabinet features colorful lights and graphics. The large LCD widescreen monitor includes HD graphics, which allows players to see every feature as they charge through highly detailed, accurately represented cities in one of 8 customizable cars. This advanced arcade game utilizes a social networking feature, which recognizes players that race together as friends.in For every individual player, a tree of friends is generated. Patented technology creates a car that looks and drives just like you, so friends can play against you even when you arent there! A PIN system allows every player to easily save data and racing stats. Enjoy the thrills of high speed, head-to-head competition with the Namco Dead Heat Arcade Racing Game!
Dead Heat isn't the typical arcade driver. In fact, there is nothing typical about it. Dead Heat is an intense driving game that focuses on head-to-head competition. Every race is exciting and the thrill of tight races will have players scrambling for a re-match. Photos are taken of each player before the race and appear above their car during the race. This feature helps players identify their opponents quicker and heightens the competition. Players will know exactly who they are battling for first place with.
NAMCO's Dead Heat is the only arcade driver that incorporates social networking. Players that race each other are identified as friends. The social networking tree expands as more and more friends race each other. Patented technology analyzes a player's driving style and saves that information to use as computer opponents in future races against friends using the PIN system. With this technology, players get to race friends that aren't even present. This state-of-the-art technology blurs the line between human and artificially intelligent opponents. When they use their NOS boosters to propel them to the finish line, it's their friend they just beat not just some anonymous computer car. Players return over and over to race the people they know and quickly establish loyalty to a specific location.
Dead Heat's amazing HD graphics are unmatched with highly detailed and accurately represented cities. When you drive through Chicago, you're driving the real roads and not just some fantasy roads with a few landmarks thrown about the place. Players can choose between eight customizable licensed cars including popular Japanese and US cars.

GameWorks Las Vegas Walkthrough Tour 2014
Here's a look at the brand new GameWorks in Las Vegas, Nevada! Some of you might remember the original location on the strip that closed down a few years ago, but now they're back! You can find them now in the Town Square Mall located between the movie theater and the Guitar Center.
This current GameWorks offers what many of the other ones do, including new and classic arcade games, pinball, bowling, pool tables and of course ticket games for the kids. They also have a full service sports bar with a fully stocked kitchen and a party room is also available.
The newest thing their offering here is an eSports Lounge. You can play by the hour and play in their giant LAN Center with all of your favorite games. They also offer console gaming with PS4, Xbox One and the Nintendo Wii-U. (You're also welcome to bring your Nintendo 3DS's as well!)
They also have a ton of events like an upcoming event for the new Smash Brothers. After speaking with some of the workers they told me their looking to expand the arcade area with even more games in the future. Their also taking requests on games people want to see via their Facebook page.
Make sure you check them out if your in the Las Vegas area! Super special thanks to Samantha and the rest of the GameWorks staff for having me!

UZA -- We are United Zombies of America, a small family-owned and operated business and we just recently received our LLC, even though our initial grassroots organization broke ground in the spring of 2012. We are an organized, professional, performing group of actors. We enjoy being Zombies but we can and have done several other characters as well. We not only act, but we have done many other types of services while we work with and for others. A few of us have been doing this type of service and employment for many decades now. Our skills and experiences are varied to say the least. We are also more importantly a family friendly and appropriate for all ages group. We know that Families that SCARE together STAY together!
UZA is a professional acting group. Our family's initial, core group was trained by professionals from Universal Studios, Disney, Rocky Point's Haunted House, The Haunting Haunted House at Halloween Express, Thirteenth Floor, and House of Torment. Some of us have been trained by certain professionals with these groups and have even been trained on how to train others to perform. We have had theatrical training and we have acting backgrounds as well. We are NOT a Zombie Only Business. We Do Love Zombies, but we also Love old-time movie monsters, as well as gothic, sinister, horror characters, and most horror genre.
We have done the following things: acting in professional haunted houses for the past five years, comic cons, AZ Thespians 2013, Thrill The World Phoenix, AZ -- dancing to Michael Jackson's Thriller at the State Fair 2013, various character walks, music videos, commercials, movies -- including Cowboy Zombies just released on DVD 2014, promoting various businesses and cons, training, teaching, panels, various makeup for selves and others, DJ-ing events and dances, photography -- taking pictures and being in pictures, security, volunteering, and charity work as well as so very many other things.
So we do the following: makeup and special FX, acting and improvisation, training/classes/panels on various topics, promoting and advertising, movies/commercials/videos, comic cons, haunted houses, photography, costuming, art, security, social media, DJ-ing, parties and carnivals as well as all kinds of events, volunteering, and charity work. We are currently developing products to sell at our booth and online as well.
*Don't forget to book the UZA for your upcoming events. Book us early to make sure we can meet your event's needs.
If you are unique in any way THEN you might just find UZA a place where you would find the perfect fit especially if you do LOVE Zombies! Camelback Mountain Summit View - Phoenix, AZ 2013
During one of our AZ roadtrips, we visited and climbed Camelback Mountain in Phoenix, AZ, stopping for a hookah and wine break halfway up! We ascended 1,280ft to the summit via the 1.4 mile Cholla Trail, which took us a few hours roundtrip, and saw this gorgeous view of Phoenix from the top!
---------------------------
Camelback Mountain (O'odham: Cew S-wegiom) is a mountain in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. The English name is derived from its shape, which resembles the hump and head of a kneeling camel.[3] The mountain, a prominent landmark for the metropolitan Phoenix valley, is located in the Camelback Mountain Echo Canyon Recreation Area between the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix and the town of Paradise Valley. It is a popular recreation destination for hiking and rock climbing.
