Congewai Valley East to Watagans HQ (Great North Walk)
This 17km walk starts at the Congewai Valley East Trackhead and climbs up to Georges Road, which it will basically follow for the next 13kms, with looks at Barraba Trig Campsite and side track to the 125r Lookout. There are great views the whole way along Georges Road, the best probably being the The Narrow Place. The walk finishes with at walk along Heaton Road up to the Watagans HQ Campsite.
