Garam Chashma is one of the many branch valleys of Chitral District, situated in the extreme north-west of Pakistan. The water of hot spring in Lotkoh valley of Chitral is gaining popularity for healing skin diseases, as more and more people are coming here from other districts as well to take a healing bath.The hot spring is also known the Sulphur Spring because its water gushes out of rich Sulphur deposits, which causes the rise of its temperature above the boiling point. The beautiful village of the sub-valley Lotkoh, where the spring is located, has been named as Garam Chashma (hot spring). The place is known as one of the best picnic spots in Chitral due to its superb natural beauty.The water is more useful for women while for young people the bath can be slightly harmful, local people claim without giving any explanation. the season of bath starts from March 21 and continue for two months of the spring season. The Garam Chashma provided the tourists an opportunity of eco-tourism of the area and besides the bath they could enjoy trout fishing in the stream.A local doctor said that the hot bath was a kind of physiotherapy, but from medical point of view he could not explain this mode of treatment. He said that the hot water caused the closed pores of the human skin to open.

Garam Chashma In Chitral.
Beautiful Garam Chashma, is located in the intense northwest of Pakistan. It's among the greatest human settlements at the Hindu Kush ranges having an altitude of nearly 2550 meters. It's also famed for the trout fish. The water flowing through the duration of the valley is known for fishing game. Other features of this region include snow-covered peaks, agreeable weather, natural springs. Besides vacationers, individuals suffering from skin ailments also go to the hot spring to get therapy.
The spring can be known the Sulphur Spring as of its own water Gushes from wealthy Sulphur residue, which results in the increase of its temperature above the boiling point. The gorgeous village of this sub-valley Lotkoh, in which the spring is situated, has been termed as Garam Chashma . The location is famous as one of the best tourist places in Chitral because of the superb all-natural beauty.
One villager told correspondent on Thursday that within the previous two years individuals from various areas of the nation, such as Punjab, was coming to have a bath in the hot spring water. He explained that the warm water was cooled from the bathtubs and then it had been used.
The government has constructed a range of public baths in the neighborhood of the spring while the water can be taken in hoses into the baths of nearby resorts and a rest home.
Talking to the Correspondent, Asad Shah from top Chitral reported he had seen hospitals of Peshawar and Islamabad for treatment of his skin disorder, but it had been the bath in Chitral by which he eliminates this illness once for all. He explained that the spring water was both helpful for treating diseases of joints of body along with many of his acquaintances had profited in the water.
Useful for girls while for young folks the tub could be somewhat harmful, neighborhood men and women assert without giving any excuse. Majority of the people coming to get a tub were girls. He explained that the period of bathroom starts from March 21 and last for 2 weeks of this spring season.
Generally patients could take a few bathrooms daily over three times in the region. He explained that following a bath they needed to keep themselves warm and prevent exposing themselves into cold air.
Wishing not to be termed, A local physician stated that the hot bathroom was a type of physiotherapy, but from clinical standpoint he couldn't clarify this manner of therapy. He explained that the warm water resulted in the shut pores of the body to start.
