Summer Garden establishment stands within a 9500m2 tangerine grove.Refurbished and extended in 2010, Complex now consists of 128 units:61 apart, 58 studio and 9 hotel bedrooms.

The main restaurant area provides both indoor and outdoor seating areas plus an adjacent play area and mature garden area. Guests are invited to enjoy open buffet breakfast and dinner menu from a la carte service. There is wireless internet services in the room and public areas.
To supplement the choice of leisure pursuits available in the area, hotel establishment offers a darts, snooker and table football facilities. Guests are invited to enjoy weekly Turkish folk events and savour traditional Turkish cuisine. Local accomplished musicians also favour us with their delightful repertoires, again on a weekly basis.

懷舊餅店店主楊先生，有見懷舊餅食已逐漸被遺忘，故將出品新鮮懷舊餅食視為己任，將之流傳下去。其中一款是有鹹甜之分的企爐餅，入爐前要將表面開，讓空氣溜走，入口會更鬆脆要在粉嶺找唐餅店，以前有江記餅家，不過時代變遷追不上時髦，它已經關門大吉了。現在來了一家【新金寶】，大家可以來試下，獨家企爐餅賣，我好奇之下問得事頭婆，得知企爐餅是分咸甜兩食，甜的是花生芝麻；咸的製法跟南乳餅大同小異只是得薄一些；一般大小如手掌大。企爐餅的出現全因事頭家人個個愛吃，他索性在製作過程中做得大一點，可讓一餅齊品嚐，更做出幾塊可閒來自己吃。後來街坊見他們吃得那麼爽要求出讓。因此... ... 企爐餅從此堂堂正正公諸於世。
