Discover Gazegill Organics | For Organic Raw Milk, Meat & Deli
Farmer producers Emma & Ian talk about how milk used to taste before the era of supermarkets and the importance of what is not in your food. Emma’s family have been farming at Gazegill in Rimmington, Clitheroe for nearly 500 years – before the term “organic” was even invented!

Specialist producers of Organic Raw Milk, farming in the same way as Emma’s parents did more than 50 years ago – taking the milk straight from the cow, chilling it down and putting it straight into a bottle in clinically clean conditions. The largest licensed organic raw milk producers delivering nationwide.
Research has shown the benefits of drinking Organic Raw Milk to include promoting gut health, supporting the immune system, high in Omega 3, more digestible, protect against allergies, diabetes, cancer, heart disease – see 8 Reasons to Drink Organic Raw Milk (
Gazegill’s organic raw milk line has been antibiotic free for 6 years and they can also guarantee their products contain no GMOs, pesticides or hormones.
Emma & Ian also produce a wide range of organic rare breed meats: organic beef & veal , organic lamb & mutton, organic pork & bacon, organic poultry, organic fats and stock bones plus an organic deli online and at the farm shop.
Their organic bacon is nitrate free and their organic sausages, burgers and meatballs are preservative free and gluten free.
The organic wild flower meadows at Gazegill are biological heritage sites and with only 3% of England’s wild flower pastures remaining are very precious indeed.
Emma & Ian believe that because their animals are 100% grass fed on these organic wildflower meadows with the abundance of herbs and wild grasses (and fed on hay from these meadows in the winter), that their animals are as healthy and happy as they can possibly be.
As a result the nutritional value of their organic milk and meat is as high as it can possibly be. Packed with vitamins, minerals and trace elements, the marbling in the fat from the slow grown breeds also means the the flavour is simply exceptional – how milk and meat used to taste……..
Healthy Grass = Healthy Animals = Healthy Milk & Meat = Healthy You!
In the face of rising diet-related ill-health, many of Gazegill's customers have found them because their organic 100% grass fed mil and meats are suited to real food diets such as paleo diets, ketogenic diets or carnivore diets.
Faced with climate change and widespread declines in our wildlife, the need to produce healthy food and cut greenhouse gas emissions grows more acute by the year.
The buying decisions Gazegill's customers make are a simple but direct form of action towards supporting sustainable and healthy food production.

Gazegill Organics
The organic food sector is enjoying a resurgence. Organic meat, in particular, is proving increasingly popular, following academic research suggesting that it is far healthier than the non-organic equivalent.
Ian O’Reilly, who farms organically in Lancashire, says times have never been better for organic, with consumers more and more interested in where and how their food is produced. “We have grown year-on-year to the point now where we are having to outsource from other organic farms for beef and lamb because everything we can produce here has been sold and we are looking for more,” Ian told Farming UK TV.
He and Emma Robinson run Gazegill Organics near Clitheroe. They sell their milk and meat direct to consumers who, he says, are prepared to pay that little bit more for better quality protein and, says Ian, for food that is as pure as it can be.
Gazegill Organics By EKM - 500 year old organic farm transform their business by selling online
We are Gazegill Organics farm in Rimington in Clitheroe.
We've been farming or the family's been farming here for just short 500 years.
We're a mixed livestock enterprise with dairy herd, pork, lamb, beef and we sell everything direct to the public.
We are probably the biggest commercial herd in the UK selling raw milk at this present time.
We've had websites in the past that have been slow, clunky, rubbish, to be honest, to get five people and the whole site crashes.
We found EKM and not looked back, they are brilliant. I don't think the site's ever crashed, we were featured on Countryfile earlier this year. Countryfile said they crash websites well, 30 odd thousand visitors on the site at one time and it didn't crash, so well done EKM. It's important to have a secure web platform that is working for you.
