A short video from our family recent trip to Genting Highlands in June 2019. We boarded the bus from KL Sentral, stopped at Awana SkyCentral (connected to Genting Premium Outlet) before getting on the cable car up to Sky Avenue to spend a night in First World Hotel.
At the moment, only Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park is open to public. The outdoor theme park are currently undergoing renovations and upgrades which were planned to complete in year 2020.
There are more shop and food outlets now in Sky Avenue, First World Plaza dan Awana SkyCentral, giving you more choices and value for your money.

The 400,000 square feet fun park features exhilarating rollercoaster rides, carousels, drop towers, bumper cars, swaying pirate ships, and many more. The Genting outdoor theme park is still under construction but will open its doors in 2020, and we can't wait to see the result.
We stayed in the Genting Highlands hotel - Theme Park Hotel. Accommodating up to 6 persons in one room, this is the best place to stay for families to explore Resorts World Genting.
Without a doubt, this was one of our favourite things to do in Kuala Lumpur - the resort is an eclectic mix of mountains, nature and man-made wonders. The best thing? Temperatures are much cooler than the rest of Malaysia - say goodbye to humidity and sticky sweat.

Hari ini saya mau share atau I nak sharing with you masa I pegi ke Genting Highland kemarin. Yak korang pada boleh akses bas dari KL SENTRAL menggunakan Bas Go Genting tuk menuju ke Genting Highland ini. Kenapa korang harus pegi kesana? Itu karena di Genting Highland korang boleh merasakan nuansa dingin dingin dataran tinggi di daerah dekat dengan kuala lumpur. Terdapat mall besar di sana dan juga terdapat tempat judi atau casino yang legal disana. jangan berjudi ya tapi. Haram kan tuk orang muslim. Selain itu kalau korang beruntung boleh raaskan sensasi kabut dan angin kencang saat berapa dalam kereta gantungnya itu (kalau saya sebut gondola) tak cuma di gondolanya tapi di Mall nya juga diselimuti kabut. Dingin-dingin sejuk dan Segar sekali.
kita naik turun menggunakan AWANA SKYWAY. naik awananya bayar 9RM one way. so korang nak pulang pegi ya boleh habiskan 18RM untuk naik gondolanya saja. untuk biaya basnya, lain lagi. lebih murah, yaitu 4.9RM. menarik bukan?

Genting Awana SkyWay : Enjoy the crisp mountain air as you make your way up to Resorts World Genting on the new Awana SkyWay. It takes just 10 minutes to ascend from Awana Station to the final stop, SkyAvenue Station.
Whether you are on your way up or down the mountain, you would not want to miss the stop at the midway point where you can disembark at the Chin Swee station at no extra cost and explore the Chin Swee Caves Temple and its scenic surroundings.
Remember to keep your cable car ticket as you can use the same ticket to continue your journey either to the peak or to the Awana Station.
The gondolas fly over key attractions at the resort, giving passengers a bird’s eye view of the surroundings including the site of the highly anticipated Twentieth Century Fox World Malaysia. For a more spectacular experience, try the glass-floor gondola. A breathtaking view of the 130-million-year-old rainforest below awaits.
And the good news is if your mobile phone goes flat from taking selfies or photos of the stunning scenery, you can even charge it in the gondola!
To reduce waiting time, Awana SkyWay has a top speed of 6 metres per second, and is able to carry 3,000 passengers one way every hour. The 99 standard gondolas and 10 glass-floor gondolas can seat 10 and six passengers respectively.
The French-made cable cars now stand at 2.1 metres high instead of the previous 1.6 metres, allowing passengers to get in and out easily. The new cabins are also fitted with special windows and louvres that allow more of the cool mountain air into the cable cars for the ultimate high flying experience.
