Geocenter Møns Klint
Geological Museum, Moens Klint, nature resort, island of Moen, Denmark.
Møn is a lump of chalk, and 128 m above the sea, you are at the same time on top of the Danish chalk foundation. Denmark is entirely built on a platform of chalk hence the Cliff of Møn bears witness of the enormous forces that have created the country and the unique flora and fauna of the area.
The museum exhibits the fossil findings of the area.
Geocenter & Kreidefelsen Møns Klint | Süd-Dänemark Teil 4
Weiter geht es auf der Tour durch Süd-Dänemark: heute besuchen wir die spektakulären Kreidefelsen von Møns Klint auf der Insel Møn.
Zuerst schauen wir uns die interaktive Ausstellung im Geocenter an bevor es mit einem Ranger über fast 500 Stufen hinunter zum Strand gehen, um nach Fossilien zu suchen.
Daraus wird ein Rundspaziergang mit mehr als 1.000 Treppenstufen.... aber seht selbst!

Geocenter Møns Klint
I dette ferie indslag besøger vi 3 steder på møn. Selv om det er en mindre omvej så bør man opleve en lille sejltur på 12 min fra Stubekøbing på Nordfalster til bogø med en af Danmarks mindste bilfærger Ida, den transporterer 8000 cykler og 6000 biler over hvert år.
Fra bogø videre til møn hvor vi besøgte møns klint og Geo Centeret som er en interaktiv udstilling hvor man på en morsom måde kan lære om de geologiske processer som skabte danmark. Vi talte med direktør Nils Natorp.
Tæt på Møns klint ligger Liselund slot og park, her fik H.C. Andersen inspiration til Fyrtøjet. Slottet er fra 1784 og er idag kursuscenter, hotel og restaurant. Der er fri adgang til den smukke park som er et besøg værd. Der findes mange smukke landsby kirker i området vi slutter indslaget med et besøg i elmelunde kirke som har nogle fantastisk, flotte kalkmalerier som er værd at se.

Droning Dutchman - Møns Klint (Denmark)
During my trip to Denmark I visited the impressive Møns Klint. Before releasing my drone on the beach, I hiked through the fall colored forest to get from the cliff top to the shore, enjoying stunning views of the Baltic Sea along the way.
Møns Klint are a 6 km stretch of chalk cliffs along the eastern coast of the Danish island of Møn in the Baltic Sea. Some of the cliffs fall a sheer 120 m to the sea below, the highest cliffs in the country. The area around Møns Klint consists of woodlands, pastures, ponds and steep hills. The cliffs and adjacent park are now protected as a nature reserve.

Amazing Møns Klint (Visit Moen, Denmark) 2017
Møns Klint is an amazing place in Denmark. It is recognizable by white cliffs. There you can enjoy with your friends and family in a picnic, nice walks or go hiking. Place offers a parking lot, restaurant and a museum. Three staircases lead to white cliffs. Nearby there is a tent camp and climbing school. Summer is the best time for a visit, but in September and October it's also very nice. As you can see in the video it was windy, but it's normal for Denmark. Enjoy the video.
