Geological Museum in Copenhagen includes a number of geological collections. At the museum objects such as rocks, minerals, meteorites and fossils can be seen.

Feeling like a kid again as I celebrate my 26th birthday! Copenhagen's famed Tivoli Gardens were an amazing way to spend the evening after a day at the geological museum (not everyone's cup of tea I know) but I had a great time!

Early Eocene life bloom and global migration is depicted in our pits and sea cliffs - a true lagerstatten of seldom nature named Fur Formation. Its the story of Global flora and fauna life genesis 10 mio y after the cretaceous mass extinctions of dinosaur world and fauna.

Natural History Museum of Denmark buys dinosaur skeleton
A dinosaur skeleton that was sold at an auction to an unnamed buyer was bought by the Natural History Museum of Denmark.
The 17 meter-long diplodocus skeleton was found in a quarry in Wyoming, US, assembled in Rotterdam, and auctioned in West Sussex last month. Initially, mystery had surrounded the unnamed buyer, but The Danish museum recently confirmed its purchase of the skeleton for £400,000.
The skeleton of female dinosaur, nicknamed Misty, is thought to be one of only six near-complete skeletons of a diplodocus.

The Fahrpanzer was a semi mobile armored turret with cannon developed by the Gruson Company and sold by Gruson / Krupp after the companies merged in 1892. They saw use in the Balkan War of 1912 and in World War One although they were basically just lightly armored turrets with a light cannon designed to defend 19th century fortifications not the muddy trenches of 1914-18. the Fahrpanzer wasn't 'mobile' in any real sense in WWI and not very effective.
I knew nothing about this weapon system until I happened on one in the Danish War Museum in Copenhagen.

The Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland (Danish: Danmarks og Grønlands Geologiske Undersøgelse, GEUS) is the independent sector research institute under the Danish Ministry of Climate and Energy. GEUS is an advisory, research and survey institute in hydrogeology, geophysics, geochemistry, stratigraphy, glaciology, ore geology, marine geology, mineralogy, climatology, environmental history, air photo interpretation, geothermal energy fields concerning Denmark and Greenland.
GEUS works in close corporation with Geologisk Institut and Geologisk Museum, both part of University of Copenhagen.
It publishes a service paper called Greenland Hydrocarbon Exploration Information Service (GHEXIS) and a newsletter called Greenland Mineral Exploration Newsletter (MINEX) in co-operation with the Bureau of Minerals and Petroleum (Råstofdirektoratet), a secretariat for the Joint Committee on Mineral Resources under Greenland’s home rule.
