Kolyma - Birthplace of Our Fear

Kola Peninsula an important PGM prospect - Eurasia Mining chief
Christian Schaffalitzky, managing director and chief executive of Eurasia Mining Plc (LON:EUA), says the Kola peninsula “holds out the prospect of being a very important platinum group metal producing area in the future . Eurasia has a good presence in the Kola region and has a project that’s capable of doing that.”
The boss of the PGM exploration and development company spoke to Proactive after announcing positive drill results from its Monchetundra project in the far northwest of Russia, which should lead to defining a reserve estimate.
Next steps include producing a resource estimate and further work on metallurgy, hydro-geological and environmental considerations which are all designed to produce a pre-feasibility study for governmental reporting.
