Over 30 Years Old with intro

This  single  malt  scotch  whisky  spent  34  years  of  its  life  in  a  refill  hogshead before  being  transferred  for  the  last  2  years   to  a  first  fill  ex-­‐Sauterne  cask. The result  is  an  exceptionally  complex  dram  with  a  perfect  balance  of  fruits,  spices and   hidden  exotica.    Natural  cask  strength,  non-­‐chill  filtered,  no  colour  added and  bottled  on  site  at  Glenglassaugh   distillery.  

Bottles  individually  numbered  from  discrete  single  cask  bottlings,  packaged  in  
lined  wooden  box  c/w  certificate  of   ownership.

Tasting  Note  
Colour:   Full gold.    
Nose:   Intensely  sweet  and  juicy,  bursting  with  Clementine,  and  mango. Beautifully  balanced.
Palate:  Soft,  rounded  and  sugary  sweet,  mango  and  kiwi  fruit  with  gentle  notes of  anise  and  white  pepper.  
Finish:   Lingering  with  ever  changing  fruit  medley.
