HUGE thanks to our hairy friend Tom Rich for allowing us to share this awesome vid with our wider tribe. The footage was captured on a GoPro Hero 3+ of Tom's friends monkeying around in the Surrey tree tops.

Walking around the arboretum at Alice Holt in Hampshire
Through the month of March I am taking part in Cancer Research UK's Walk all over Cancer campaign, in which I am walking an average of 10,000 steps a day, every day throughout March.
One of the walks I did was this one around the Alice Holt Arboretum, Hampshire.

At Play 2012 - South Hill Park - HD
As a participatory exhibition, it encourages viewers to gaze, remember, touch, explore, trust, think, laugh, peer, concentrate, join in, bend down, take a chance... and play. It explores the way that play can be free and spontaneous or bound by rules and conventions -- as with board games and sport. The exhibition considers ideas about rules or the lack of them, and the spirit of the Olympics in the year that the summer Olympics come to Britain. At Play also supports artists in making participatory, engaging and interactive work in a variety of art forms.
At Play 2012 is a project in partnership with the New Ashgate Gallery, Surrey, South Hill Park, Berkshire, and OVADA, Oxfordshire, exploring concepts of play and participation. At Play is a collaboration, produced and curated by Dr Outi Remes and Cally Trench.
At Play 2012 is supported using public funding by the National Lottery through Arts Council England and by the Foundation for Contemporary Art, New York, and Farnham Town Council. We would also like to thank Gemma Cumming; Diana Healey; Laura James; Ingrid Jensen; Carol McFarlane; Lucy Philips; Roger Prynn; Kate Ratcliffe; Jonathan Roe; Robert Harvey at B&H Autos, Dagnall; University of Westminster; and Sandy Hill Bungalow.
Family Cycle Trail - ALICE HOLT FOREST
MAMIL Cycling : Farnham - Alice Holt - Frensham - Rushmoor - Tilford loop
MAMIL Cycling : Farnham - Alice Holt - Frensham - Rushmoor - Tilford loop
This ride is one of the routes I really enjoy to cycle as it takes in some of the southern villages and areas of Farnham. In term of rides, this one is bang on 25k (15.5m) so is a good timed run for sub or 1 hour thereabouts.
I especially like riding past Frensham Great Pond which I have highlighted in another of my videos as one of my favourite rides.
It's a pretty flat ride except for the last leg from Tilford back to Farnham which has a couple of short climbs, but nothing too horrendous.
This loop also has many extension opportunities like going out to Thursley and Elstead from Rushmoor and then back through Tilford, or indeed up to Hindhead and back down again before proceeding home.
The surfaces are all pretty good for a road bike despite some cut up due to winter months weather.

The Jungle Book (Racial Discrimination)
Based on a novel by Rudyard Kipling, the Jungle Book is universally known as a children's story about coming of age as a human raised by animals in the wild. But the story is also an allegory for racial discrimination since the hero (Mogli) is denied equality under the law of the jungle. In this respect, the story offers insights into the struggle against second-class citizenship faced by all those in human society who are denied equality for reasons of racial and ethnic discrimination. The movie also offers some surprising insights on how an awareness of one's human dignity can help to overcome fear rooted in a sense of inferiority and encourage those who are marginalized to claim their fundamental rights.
The Jungle Book is narrated by Ben Kingsley and features the voices of Bill Murray, Scarlett Johansson, Idris Elba, Lupita Nyong'o, Giancarlo Esposito and Christopehr Walken
