Best of Sydney CBD Episode 2 (Fish Market and Darling Harbour)
Hey guys!
This video is the second episode of the best of Sydney CBD. This time we went to the Fish Market to have lunch and it was delicious. If you enjoy seafood you’re definitely going to enjoy and they sell like really cool and weird stuff like sushi donuts :O What the actual ****? hahaha I know :P then we went to the famous Darling Harbour and being there we realized that the Australian National Maritime Museum was “free” which at the end was just a piece of it and not the cool parts but anyway. It was a fun day and I hope you enjoy it too :)

Australia City Tour of SYDNEY then off to BORA BORA (The Ultimate Paradise) // #133
We are determined to make the most of our last couple days in our beloved Australia so we walk and tour all around the Sydney Harbor. We walk the Sydney Harbor Bridge and peruse Luna Park. Rocking my Oregon Ducks shirt and hat walking around Sydney drew attention from Charlie Hunter's brother! Charlie Hunter is a star track athlete for the Oregon Ducks. All too soon it's time to board the enormous Ovation of the Seas from the Royal Caribbean fleet heading toward French Polynesia. The Ovation of the Seas in one of the most updated ships in the Royal Caribbean fleet with technology pouring out in every direction. Kate avails herself of some low-tech (yet really fun) crafting classes then we take the chance to hop in the Northstar for the view hundreds of feet above the deck! This was surely the best view at sea anywhere. Another nice feature of the Ovation of the Seas is the staterooms are huge! After days at sea we are ready for some adventures on land and the lovely people of Tahiti welcome us with open arms, loud drums and swinging hips. Awesome! You know we can't resist a local market so we get right to it. After a quick (and rainy) stopover in Morea French Polynesia before finding ultimate paradise in Bora Bora. That's right, Bora Bora. The mere name inspires visions of white sand beaches and waters that manage to be 1000 shades of blue at the same time. Here's the kicker...Bora Bora is even more amazing than we expected!

Travel: Tour the Blue Mountains in 3 Minutes! (near Sydney, Australia)
Through a tour by Happy Travels, we were able to get a round trip ride from Sydney to Katoomba, have a small lunch, and hike around the Blue Mountains like a local for $50AUD per person (It was down from $70 when we booked the night before). A guide picked us up at Kings Cross fountain in a 21 passenger shuttle around 7am, and we got back around 5pm. Lots of hiking, not much phone service, but a lot of fun!

Sydney Budget Accommodation and Transport Tips
Sydney Budget Accommodation and Transport Tips
Sydney is Australia’s most well known city, but it is also known to have one of the highest cost of living around the world. We spent 3 days in Sydney and the cost for transport and accommodation can add up pretty quickly. Particularly if you’re travelling as a family like us. In this video we share how we kept our cost down for transport and accomodation, but still had a very comfortable stay during our three nights in Sydney.

City Description:
Sydney, capital of New South Wales and one of Australia's largest cities, is best known for its harbourfront Sydney Opera House, with a distinctive sail-like design. Massive Darling Harbour and the smaller Circular Quay port are hubs of waterside life, with the arched Harbour Bridge and esteemed Royal Botanic Garden nearby. Sydney Tower’s outdoor platform, the Skywalk, offers 360-degree views of the city and suburbs.Sydney Aquarium, Taronga Zoo and Wildlife Sydney Zoo shelter animals like koalas, kangaroos, sharks and snakes. Pyrmont’s Sydney Fish Market has a working seafood auction and restaurants serving the day’s catch. There are multicultural dining opportunities all over the city, including in Haymarket’s Chinatown and the restaurants serving the Italian community in Leichhardt. A ferry ride through the harbour is part of the experience in visiting outer Sydney destinations such as Bondi and Manly Beaches – both popular for surfing.
Weather and Events:
Sydney is temperate and sunny all year, and crowds are highest during summer (Dec–Feb) and during school holidays. Major events that increase hotel demand are the performing-arts–focused Sydney Festival (Jan), the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras (Feb–Mar), the Sydney Royal Easter Show (dates vary) and the Sydney Film Festival (Jun). Severe thunderstorms are most likely Oct–Mar.
