Arriving in Reykjavik Iceland and seeing the Northern Lights || Iceland Travel Vlog
In this video we are arriving in Reykjavik Iceland. On our first day we hired a car, checked into our hotel and ate at IKEA before going on a northern lights tour in Iceland.
Here we caught the Mount Ulriken cable car to see the best view of Bergen from the top of Mt Ulriken.
Seeing the aurora borealis in Iceland was by far the best thing of our trip to date. Seeing the Northern Lights in Iceland was a dream come true for us, we were extremely lucky to see it.
We would recommend you go to Iceland in winter just for the chance to see the Northern Lights. We hope you enjoy watching this Iceland travel vlog. If you haven't watched our previous vlogs we recommend you go see those ones first.
If you liked this Iceland vlog make sure you watch the rest of the videos on our channel. If you haven't already seen them, go watch our previous videos from Hong Kong, Vietnam, Morocco and Europe, there is a lot of content on our channel leading up to this event.

Iceland During Winter Trip
Just a couple of videos from my phone on a short Iceland vacation. I took the a 2 day south coast tour that included a Trip to an Ice cave near Hofn. Also took a Golden Circle bus ride on another day. I would recommend taking tours during the winter because of Icy roads and short amount of daylight. The tour whizzed me around to all the cool destinations maximizing the time with light. Also learned a lot of facts about Iceland from the guides and Iceland is an intriguing place. If you were driving through there, you would want to stop about every 10 minutes because everything looks so cool and then you would run out of light. Probably not a problem in the summer when there are 20+ hours of daylight
Iceland Reykjavík | Travel Vlog!
We took a trip to Iceland for 4 days this February and I wanted to Vlog our experience, mosty to look back on for memories and because i’v always wanted to but never thought I could.
Here’s some tips if your visiting Iceland!
Try and book your tours previous to arrival as a lot of them will sell out or only have 1 time slot left! When we arrived we tried to book the blue lagoon however it was sold out all 4 days so we had to go the night we arrived!
When at the Blue Lagoon, don’t gat your hair wet in the water! My hair was so damaged and dry even after washing it 5 times!
Don’t count on the Northern Lights Lights tour or leave a day free just to see them as it is not bound to happen! The lights and tours are so unpredictable and a lot of the time are canceled due to snow and rain even if there are some clear sky’s you not guaranteed to go.
Buy chocolate and stuff in the airport duty free on the way over, meals and drinks are really expensive in Iceland however every meal I had was amazing!
The pancakes from Cafe Paris are the best i’v ever had!
We booked out Golden Circle tour with Reykjavík Sightseeing and the tour Guide was amazing! So helpful and friendly, highly recommend!
We stayed at Hotel Reykjavík Centrum, the location was perfect just minutes away from lots of Bars, pubs and restaurants and the staff were so nice an helpful!
