Family Skiing in Chamonix
From Les Praz village, the cable car glides over the Chamonix golf course and takes you to the La Flégère site at an altitude of 1,877m. There is a family ski area with a green run called Trappe. A free zipline, and a little restaurant and snack bar. If you want to go higher, a chair lift takes you to the Index, at an altitude of 2,595m.

THE APARTMENT
Apartment Mont De Joie is a brand new, two bedroom, luxury apartment featuring floor to ceiling sliding glass doors creating light and airy living spaces. The apartment is situated on the ground floor giving you direct access to spacious garden terrace which boasts uninterrupted views of the majestic mountains in the Mont Blanc Massif.
THE LOCATION
Situated in a peaceful residential location of Chamonix Les Praz, the apartment is a 2 minute drive from the centre of Les Praz and the Flégère gondola or a 5 minute drive from Chamonix centre. With access to a fabulous spa and games room with pool table in the residence, this apartment offers the perfect place to unwind on your holiday. Les Praz is the first suburb of Chamonix while heading up the valley and hosts the Flégère gondola which has been newly built for the winter 2019/2020 season. This gondola gives you access to the Brévent/Flégère mountain area for hiking and skiing. The charming village offers a handful of restaurants and bars and the church in the centre is iconic and very popular for a photo shoot and is often open for visiting. The village is also home to the Chamonix golf course, an 18 hole golf course designed by architect Trent Jones Sr.
THE DETAILS
Apartment Mont De Joie is a spacious, modern and airy apartment with a flexible layout. The apartment can easily sleep up to 6 people over 2 bedrooms and the use of a double sofa bed in the living room. Bedroom 1 (master bedroom) is equipped with a 180cm double that can be split into two singles. The bedroom also has direct access to an en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. Bedroom 2 is set up as a twin room, the beds can either be used as two singles or together to make a king size bed. There is also an independent second bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Self-catered bookings include linen/towels, end of stay cleaning and local taxe de sejour. You can check-in to the apartment between 16:00-22:00 – we might be able to arrange a later check-in but this must be requested in advance (there is a surcharge of €70 for a late check-in).
