THERE OF FOUR FRIENDS IN BHANGARH FULL OF OF MASTI
Bhangarh is a place between Jaipur and Delhi in Rajasthan state of India. Bhangarh is known for its ruins, but still worth a visit; the place is beautiful and tranquil. What remains though, is a shadow of a once beautiful kingdom.
Passing by Bhangarh, banyans and temples dot the landscape and one chhatri can be seen up on the hill. The most remarkable are the temples of Gopinath, Shiva (Someshwar), Mangla Devi and Keshava Rai. Other more or less preserved buildings are e.g. shops along the main road, several havelis, a mosque, and a palace. The palace was protected by two inner fortifications across the valley. The town is separated from the plain by ramparts with five gates. Bhangarh is also a pre-historic site.
This town was established in 1573 (VS 1631) during the rule of Raja Bhagwant Das as the residence of his second son Madho Singh. Madho Singh was younger brother of Emperor Akbar's General Man Singh I of Amber. Madho Singh participated in many campaigns with his father and brother. The next ruler of Bhangarh was his son Chhatr Singh.[1] Bhangarh slowly declined after Chhatr Singh's violent death in 1630[2]. Near Ajabgarh was founded by Ajab Singh, the son of Chhatr Singh. When Mughal Empire became weaker after the death of Aurangzeb, Jai Singh II attached Bhangarh to his state by force in 1720. After this Bhangarh diminished in population, and when the famine of 1783 (VS 1840) fell on the land the town was abandoned, and has remained a ruin ever since

Bhangarh (Hindi: भानगढ़) is a village situated in India. It is famous for its historical ruins, and is considered to be one of India's many haunted locations. It is situated in the Rajgarh municipality of the Alwar district in Rajasthan.[1] Bhangarh is at the edge of the Sariska Tiger Reserve.
Bhangarh lies between Jaipur and Delhi, and is also a pre-historic site and tourist spot. The most remarkable aspects of Bhangarh are its old buildings: the Hindu temples of Gopinath, Shiv (Someshwar), Hanuman, Ganesh, Vishal Devta, Lavina Devi, and Keshav Rai. Other buildings include shops and dhabas along the main road, several havelis, a mosque, and a palace. The palace is protected by two inner fortifications across the valley. The town is separated from the plain by ramparts with five gates.
The town was established in 1573 (VS 1631) during the rule of Kachwaha Rajput ruler of Jaipur Bhagwant Das as the residence of his second son Madho Singh, the younger brother of Emperor Akbar's general, Man Singh I. जयपुर में चांदपोल बाजार में एक पूरा मोहल्ला मूर्तिकारों का है जहां रोजाना सैकड़ों की तादाद में मूर्तियां बनाई जाती हैं। जयपुरी मूर्तियों की मांग विदेशों तक है। यहां पत्थर पर इतनी सजीवता के साथ कला को उकेरा जाता है कि वे बोलती सी महसूस होती हैं, उनके चेहरों के भाव भी पढे जा सकते हैं। जयपुर के मूर्तिकार अर्जुन प्रजापति तो घूंघट में दिखाई देता सुंदर नारी का चेहरा गढ़ने के लिए माने जाते हैं। उन्हें मूर्तिकला में कई राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार तक मिल चुके हैं।
जयपुर के युवाओं ने अपने पुरखों के इस कार्य को धरोहर की तरह संभाला है और अपने तरीके से आगे बढा रहे हैं। जयपुर के युवा मूर्तिकार सोनू भारद्वाज और नरेश भारद्वाज ने अपनी मूर्तिकला से सभी को प्रभावित किया है। वे अन्य मूर्तिकारों की तरह महापुरूषों, देवी देवताओं, पशुओं और सुंदर स्त्रियों की प्रतिमओं तक सीमित नहीं रहे हैं। उन्होंने यूरोपियन लेडी को पत्थर में उकेर कर उसके चेहरे में धैर्य और शालीनता के भाव पिरो दिए हैं। जितनी रोचक और सुंदर ये मूर्तियां हैं उतना ही रोचक है मूर्तियों के निर्माण की कहानी। जयपुर में मूर्तियां प्राय: संगमरमर पत्थर से बनाई जाती हैं। यह पत्थर मकराना और किशनगढ से प्राप्त होता है। पत्थर के चुनाव से लेकर कटाई, छंटाई, कलर, कारविंग, पॉलिश के बाद ही एक खूबसूरत मूर्ति तैयार होती है। मूर्तियों में दूधिया चमक मूर्तिकार के अथक परिश्रम का नतीजा होती है।
मूर्ति तैयार होने के बाद भट्टी लगाई जाती है। मूर्ति को हल्का तपा कर फिर इसे मशीन से तराशा और घिसा जाता है। फिर इसे चिकना करने के लिए पॉलिश की जाती है।
इन मूर्तियों को गहने और आभूषण से सजी दिखाने के लिए पत्थर पर मीनाकारी और कुंदनकारी भी की जाती है। पत्थर पर गडनशीलता के कार्य से आभूषण और वस्त्र उकेरे जाते हैं। गोल्डन वर्क और सिल्वर वर्क के लिए सुनहरे और पीले रंगों का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है।
