Grafton Street (Irish: Sráid Grafton) is one of the two principal shopping streets in Dublin city centre, the other being Henry Street.
It runs from St Stephen's Green in the south (at the highest point of the street) to College Green in the north (to the lowest point). In 2008, Grafton Street was the fifth most expensive main shopping street in the world, at €5,621/m²/year, and the thirteenth most expensive main shopping street in the world in 2016 at approx €3,300/m²/year.

One of the most popular streets in the city, Grafton Street is a must when visiting Dublin.
Grafton Street stems off of the western end of Trinity College and runs down to the main entrance of St Stephen’s Green. Both locals and visitors to Dublin come to Grafton Street to peek in the high-end shops and grab a bite at one of the eateries.

WALKING THE STREETS OF DUBLIN, IRELAND: Grafton Street and O'Connell Street
We walked the streets of Dublin, Ireland and ended up on two of Dublin's main streets: Grafton Street (a pedestrian only street with great shopping and a green McDonald's), and O'Connell Street, where we crossed the River Liffey and saw the Spire of Dublin, the world's tallest spire.

Grafton Street Dublin, Ireland on Christmas Eve - GoPro with Hypersmooth
The famous pedestrian thoroughfare was busy with shoppers, buskers, flower sellers and quite a few out to celebrate Christmas - catching up with old friends etc. or just enjoying a few days off work.
A number of charity collections were taking place as well.
I also make a quick visit to the Phil Lynott statue.
This was also a good opportunity to try out the GoPro Hero 7 Black since the latest firmware update to 1.61 as it included improvements to hypersmooth.
It certainly seems to have been an improvement over the previous version, with less bounce.
Enjoy the early evening stroll taken at approx. 16:30 on Christmas Eve 2018, yes it gets dark early in the winter in Ireland.
