Had LOTS of fun rafting down a 11km river in Paris Ontario. The Grand River. I highly recommend this adventure to anyone. Also explored a little of Paris Ontario. Cute pretty little village of 13,000 population.

This a family time fun. The easy and smooth route is for the first time rafting. 3~4 hours on the river. We use our inflatable boat launch just after the dam in Paris, it is free parking and launching, Recover at Brant conservation area(park), they charge $5.75 per person entry.

Grand River Paris to Brantford Solo
Took my plastic coleman down the Grand River the other day. It was great utilizing the high flow (50 metres cubed a second). Put in at Bean Park in Paris and travelled to the boat launch at Brant Park. 14 kms canoeing, 12 kms biking. 4 hours give or take.
