Next vlog:
In this episode we travel from our boondocking location near Charlotte NC into the mountains to stay in the town of Banner Elk for a few days.
Before we left we met up with another full time RV couple the Vandy Vagabonds. They are a really cool couple and you should check out their website at We hope to meet up with them again in the future!
After that we packed up and headed into the mountains. While there we checked out the town of Banner Elk and Boon via Bike. We also cross into Tennessee and hike to the summit of Roan Mountain and Round Bald. Of course we also made a stop at the local winery.
We had a great trip to the mountains of North Carolina and really enjoyed ourselves. I am sure we will be planning to go back and spend some more time at some point. (psst! we did go back and hiked Grandfather Mountain, watch here:
Check out our Blog post about the area for more information about this trip!
