State Rep John Hikel (R) speaks about 189 NH State Reps who face a Criminal Complaint
ALL RIGHTS RESERVED - SCROLL TOO BOTTOM
Goffstown, NH State Legislator speaks re a Redress filed and a Criminal Complaint against 189 fellow Representatives at the Honor Your Oath Rally held on 13 April 2013 on the grounds of the State Capital in Concord, New Hampshire
SHERIFF'S of Colorado, Arrest Your Governor - Jack Kimball and Volunteers came together in Concord on Saturday 13 April 2013 to breath some fresh air on those who compel ignorance of the New Hampshire and United States Constitution. HB135, Stand Your Ground was approved by the House last month, which many say and especially all of those attending the Rally in Concord Saturday is cause for Redress and a Criminal Complaint against 189 law makers. Those at the Rally want the 189 law makers impeached, thrown out of office for violating their oath of office. Chairman, Jack Kimball of the Granite State Patriots Liberty PAC ( ) told the crowd estimated to be at 600 attendees, don't fool around with the 2nd Amendment, and if we don't take action and save our Republic, it won't exist anymore. Third term, House Representative, John Hikel is the sponsor of a Redress Bill which was submitted to the House last week, specifically to call to task the 189 law makers for going against the New Hampshire Constitution and the Constitution of the United States. A Criminal Complaint was turned in on Friday in Concord against the 189 lawmakers with the U.S. Attorneys Office charging lawmakers with Breach of Oath of Office and Conspiracy Against Rights. It's getting hot in Concord and around the State and We the People apparently want those who are elected, and in violation of their oath out, now.

SUMMARY
=======
New Hampshire is a state in the New England region of the northeastern United States. It is bordered by Massachusetts to the south, Vermont to the west, Maine and the Atlantic Ocean to the east, and the Canadian province of Quebec to the north. New Hampshire is the 5th smallest by area and the 10th least populous of the 50 states.
Concord is the state capital, while Manchester is the largest city in the state. It has no general sales tax, nor is personal income (other than interest and dividends) taxed at either the state or local level. The New Hampshire primary is the first primary in the U.S. presidential election cycle. Its license plates carry the state motto, Live Free or Die. The state's nickname, The Granite State, refers to its extensive granite formations and quarries. In January 1776, it became the first of the British North American colonies to establish a government independent of the Kingdom of Great Britain's authority, and it was the first to establish its own state constitution. Six months later, it became one of the original 13 states that founded the United States of America, and in June 1788 it was the ninth state to ratify the Constitution, bringing that document into effect.
Historically, New Hampshire was a major center for textile manufacturing, shoemaking, and papermaking, with Amoskeag Manufacturing Company in Manchester once being the largest cotton textile plant in the world, and numerous mills located along the various rivers in the state, including the Merrimack and Connecticut Rivers. Many French Canadians migrated to New Hampshire to work the mills in the late 19th and early 20th century; New Hampshire still ranks second among states by percentage of people claiming French American ancestry, with 24.5% of the state. Manufacturing centers such as Manchester, Nashua, and Berlin were hit hard in the 1930s-1940s, as major manufacturing industries left New England and moved to the Southern United States or overseas, reflecting nationwide trends. In the 1950s and 1960s, defense contractors moved into many of the former mills, such as Sanders Associates in Nashua, and the population of Southern New Hampshire surged beginning in the 1980s as major highways connected the region to Greater Boston and established several bedroom communities in the state.
With some of the largest ski mountains on the East Coast, New Hampshire's major recreational attractions include skiing, snowmobiling, and other winter sports, hiking and mountaineering (Mount Monadnock in the state's southwestern corner is among the most climbed mountains in the U.S.), observing the fall foliage, summer cottages along many lakes and the seacoast, motor sports at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway, and Motorcycle Week, a popular motorcycle rally held in Weirs Beach near Laconia in June. The White Mountain National Forest links the Vermont and Maine portions of the Appalachian Trail, and has the Mount Washington Auto Road, where visitors may drive to the top of 6,288-foot (1,917 m) Mount Washington.
Among prominent individuals from New Hampshire are founding father Nicholas Gilman, Senator Daniel Webster, Revolutionary War hero John Stark, editor Horace Greeley, founder of the Christian Science religion Mary Baker Eddy, poet Robert Frost, astronaut Alan Shepard, rock musician Ronnie James Dio, author Dan Brown, actor Adam Sandler, inventor Dean Kamen, comedians Sarah Silverman and Seth Meyers, restaurateurs Richard and Maurice McDonald, and President of the United States Franklin Pierce.

BREAKING News Out Of MASSACHUSETTS… THEY GOT HIM!!! LOOK AT HIS PRISON SENTENCE!!!
CONCORD – Alex “Lex” Hernandez, 27, most recently of Lowell, Massachusetts, was sentenced in federal court to 70 months in prison for distributing fentanyl, announced United States Attorney Scott W. Murray.
According to court documents and statements made in court, on three separate occasions in April, May and June 2016, Hernandez sold several “fingers” of fentanyl to an individual who was working with law enforcement. On each occasion, Hernandez was video and audio recorded, and was identified by law enforcement surveillance. In total, Hernandez distributed approximately 110 grams of fentanyl across the three deals. In October 2016, Hernandez was indicted by a federal grand jury sitting in Concord. When law enforcement sought to arrest Hernandez at an apartment he maintained in Lowell, Massachusetts, they found approximately 500 grams of cocaine, an industrial-grade press and mold for making fingers, a blender, a digital scale and cutting agents. Hernandez faces pending charges in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, for the cocaine, which are not a part of his resolution of the federal charges.
Hernandez pleaded guilty to three counts of fentanyl distribution in November 2017 after jury selection for his anticipated trial had taken place. He has been in custody since his October 2016 arrest. Following his release from prison, the defendant will be on supervised release for a period of three years.
“Fentanyl is causing tremendous damage to our community,” said U.S. Attorney Murray. “Those who distribute fentanyl are endangering the safety of the citizens of the Granite State. The U.S. Attorney’s Office will continue to work each day alongside our law enforcement partners to identify and prosecute those who are responsible for distributing fentanyl and other deadly drugs.”
“New Hampshire is in the midst of a devastating opioid crisis, as deaths from fentanyl soar. The FBI will continue to use every resource available to identify those, like Mr. Hernandez, who are contributing to the crisis,” said Harold H. Shaw, Special Agent in Charge, FBI Boston Division. “Today’s sentence holds Mr. Hernandez accountable for his crimes, and we’ll continue to work with our law enforcement partners to put other callous distributers like him behind bars.”
This matter was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Safe Streets Gang Task Force, which consists of FBI Special Agents and members of the Manchester Police Department, the Hudson Police Department, the New Hampshire State Police, the Nashua Police Department, and the New Hampshire Department of Corrections Probation and Parole. Investigators also received assistance of the Massachusetts State Police, Lowell, MA Police Department, and Middlesex, MA County District Attorney’s Office. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Charles L. Rombeau.

Partial transcript of text... that appears in the vid (there may be unlisted gaps between sentences):
'April 2014: I wait for entry into the NH Supreme Court. It sits by the metal detector, separated from me. We're there to film the peripheral action connected to a freedom of educational choice lawsuit.
I'm not so interested in taping the judges themselves. The 101 Reasons crew is. It arrived well before the arguments began, but it needed to film protesters. Authorities delay them but do it rather professionally.
Eventually I get in when someone leaves. I'm not sure how 101 did but I never saw them film inside. While I'm in there I just look around briefly to figure out who I want to ambush interview afterward. The plaintiffs are interesting...
So are their lawyers. They want to ban people who send their kids to religious schools... from getting a tax credit. '

Video of the Junction Shop Lofts | Loft Rentals | Worcester, Massachusetts apartment rentals
- Brady Sullivan Properties has brought its unique blend of historic preservation and modern renovations to the Junction Shop Lofts in downtown Worcester, MA. Originally known as the Junction Shop, the complex was built in the nineteenth and early-twentieth century and spans nearly a city block. The collection of buildings stood at the right-of-way of the Boston & Maine and New York, New Haven & Hartford railroads, and served as a major center of manufacturing in Worcester.
Built in 1851, the main building was rented to numerous manufacturing companies for the production of metal tools, materials, and machines. Over time, the complex was home to the J.S. Wheeler & Co. machinist company; the Taylor & Farley Organ Factory; the Knowles Loom Works, which produced woolens, flannels, fancy cottons, silk ribbons, and other upholstery fabrics; and the Cereal Machine Company.
Now, under Brady Sullivan’s ownership, the historic building has been transformed into luxury apartments for rent in Worcester. Featuring apartment homes that range in size from one to four bedrooms, each apartment captures the historic past of the building, while providing modern comfort for today’s residents. These renovated mill lofts in Worcester feature stainless steel appliances, original reclaimed hardwood or bamboo floors, granite countertops, and sophisticated designer paint colors, all in combination with the mill’s characteristic soaring ceilings and large, bright windows.
When you make your home in one of the Junction Shop Lofts' modern lofts for rent in Worcester, you have access to state-of-the-art amenities. Work out in the fitness center, shoot some hoops in the indoor basketball court, catch the big game or watch a movie in the theatre room, practice your putt in the indoor putting green, spend time with your friends in the gathering room, or play pool or foosball in the game room.
