I had a chance to climb up and walk Seto Ohashi's bridge pier.
It was a very beautiful landscape from top of the bridge pier tower.
I enjoyed an hour and a half tour.

Seto Inland Sea, Japan - Crossing the Great Seto Bridge on the Seto-Ōhashi Line (2019)
The Great Seto Bridge (瀬戸大橋 Seto Ōhashi) is a series of double deck bridges connecting Okayama and Kagawa prefectures in Japan across a series of five small islands in the Seto Inland Sea. Built over the period 1978–88, it is one of the three routes of the Honshū–Shikoku Bridge Project connecting Honshū and Shikoku islands, and the only one with railroad connections included. At 13.1 kilometers (8.1 mi), it ranks as the world's longest two-tiered bridge system.
Crossing the bridge takes about 20 minutes by car or train. The ferry crossing before the bridge was built took about an hour. The non-discounted toll from Kojima, Kurashiki (Okayama Prefecture on the Honshu side) to Sakaide (Kagawa Prefecture on the Shikoku side) is ¥3,500, and vice versa.
The bridges carry two lanes of highway traffic in each direction (Seto-Chūō Expressway) on the upper deck and one railway track in each direction (Seto-Ōhashi Line) on the lower deck. The lower deck was designed to accommodate an additional Shinkansen rail line in each direction.
The Seto-Ōhashi Line (瀬戸大橋線 Seto-Ōhashi-sen) is a railway line operated by West Japan Railway Company (JR West) and Shikoku Railway Company (JR Shikoku) in Japan which links Okayama Station in Okayama Prefecture with Takamatsu Station in Kagawa Prefecture via the Great Seto Bridge. It is not a distinct railway line, but an official nickname given to a composite line formed of three different lines.

Crossing Seto Ohashi Bridge on Rapid Express Train Marine Liner
Seto Ohashi Bridge (or Great Seto Bridge) is a set of eleven double decked bridges (13.1 kilometers long in total) built on Seto Inland Sea in Japan. This set of bridges connect the main Island of Honshu with the Shikoku Islands region.
There are multiple trains that take passengers from Okayama (on the Honshu side) to various places in Shikoku region and most of them cross the Seto Ohashi Bridge. The last stop on the Okayama side is the JR Kojima Station and the last stop on the Shikoku side is the JR Utazu Station before getting on Seto Ohashi Bridge.
This video shows the train ride from JR Utazu Station to JR Kojima Station on the Rapid Express Train Marine Liner, crossing the Seto Ohashi Bridge. Rapid Express Train Marine Liner is a service between JR Okayama Station and JR Takamatsu Station. Enjoy!!!
Rapid train Marine Liner is across the Great Seto Bridge
I took a rapid train Marine Liner from Takamatsu to Okayama. I recommend this direction. Lead vehicle of bound for Takamatsu is the seat of the necessary additional charge ticket, but the beginning of the bound for Okayama can ride only local ticket. However, there is no seat. You ride while standing. Time it takes to cross the Seto Bridge is about 10 minutes. The middle, as it passes through the curve, the bridge spanning the next you will see. You can experience the bridge of various, arch bridge, cable-stayed bridge, such as truss bridge.

It's an example of great architecture in Japan.
Do you see the Google letters? They depict the five small island into the Seto Inland Sea!
