Found HISTORICAL ITEM diving at Green Island in Ottawa
Went for another dive in the Rideau River around Green Island and found a really interesting object. For me, it is a successful dive when I talk about the history of an area and I'm able to find an antique that comes from that period.

Ottawa, Ontario, Canada - Rideau Falls HD (2015)
The Rideau Falls are two waterfalls located in Ottawa, Canada where the Rideau River empties into the Ottawa River. The falls are divided by Green Island, with the Old City Hall just to the south. To the west of the falls is the headquarters of the National Research Council while to the east are the Canada and the World Pavilion and the French Embassy. The falls were named by the early French for their resemblance to a curtain, or rideau in French. The Rideau River was later named after the falls. The Rideau Canal was constructed to bypass these falls and the Hog's Back Falls.

[OTTAWA 4K] - LOST IN OTTAWA | Part 1 - Green Trail
Ottawa - Since 2 years I have already settled my new life in this magnificent city. On my first moment, I was fascinated by the incredible green-space of nature that could be felt everywhere. During the last year, I have been wandering around this small city to discover more green landscapes no matter how much cold or hot. There is nothing more beautiful than green space in a city. This movie is an appreciation to nature - for me the most amazing adventure in Canada.
Behind the scenes:
For this short film, I explored many trails system of Ottawa with my camera several times. The shots were filmed by my iPhone with OSMO Mobile 2, then finalized in Adobe Premier. It took me several days to finish and publish it on YouTube.
Hope you enjoy and like it, 'cause it makes me getting much more motivation for the next products.

11 Cheapest Places in Canada to Buy a Home.
British Columbia is known for its beauty, but not cheap home prices. Vancouver and the surrounding area has some of the most expensive real estate in the country with prices near, and often over, the $1 million mark. Toronto and Montreal, although in different parts of Canada, are pricey as well, with averages of $630,858 and $328,862 respectively. Fortunately, there are places where the price of a home is much more affordable. There are so many beautiful places in Canada, and there are more reasonable options to the pricier areas. Here are the 11 cheapest places to buy a home in Canada, listed in no particular order.

History of Ottawa's Porter Island - Dave Brown
Our Nation’s Capital is known for its rich political past and distinctive beauty, but like all large cities if you look beyond its obvious history you’re bound to find some interesting unknown, should I say, salty facts.
It turns out a century ago Ottawans were not keen to visit Porter’s Island in the heart of the city on the Rideau River. Why? Because it was used as a location to keep typhoid and smallpox patients isolated from the rest of the town in not the best conditions.
But, that was a century ago – and our very own, and very keen Presenter Dave Brown just had to visit Porter Island today to get all of the historic details.
