The best Thailand Yoga festival 2018 | Art and Dance Magic vibes!
The place where I did Yoga and recorded the video
Ao Nang Villa resort where the Yoga festival was placed. It took 4 - 6 days.
Phra Nang inn resort Krabi - it was my hotel where I stayed 5 days.
The beach where I had so much fun is called: Ao Nang Beach.
The cost of the full trip in Krabi
$650 for the ticket to the Yoga festival.
$350 for the flight tickets from Vietnam (Da Nang City - Bangkok - Krabi Airport and included the return ticket to Vietnam).
$100 spent it on entertainment and food
I paid $40 for the trip to islands called - Ko Poda, Ko Po Da Nok and other small islands around.
Its up to you how much you spend. But you don't have so much time for spending because you practices a lot and you will usually get cheep food inside the festival. One meal (Pad Thai which is famous food in Thailand) you spend approximately $2 which is nothing.
The music for the video clip
I met an amazing band which is called BATHALA NA and I used their song in the first part of the video - 00:00 until 2.54 as the intro. The name of the song is Give me one reason by Tracey Chapman (original singer).
The music for the video clip
Interview with Young Ho Kim - I used the teacher's song called Beyond (Album - Good Thing) (3:44 - 6:18) from Leon Bridges .
Interview with Nareen Nyathi - I used the song from Album Ghoomar. (9:30 - 12:30).
The last song which I used for the ending was from Daphne Tse.(12:30 until the end).

The Emerald Pool Krabi Thailand.
Emerald Pool
A short hop from the Hot Springs will take you to the Krabi Emerald Pool ('Sa Morakot' in Thai). The pool is so called, not surprisingly, because of its colour. It really is a quite remarkable sight and does live up to its name. After your dip in the Krabi hot springs, a splash and a swim in the warm clear water is an incredible and refreshing experience. The Emerald Pool is set in lush rain forest jungle with towering trees and the constant rhythmic music of crickets and frogs.
The water really is a joy to swim in, the water is just so clear. Be a bit careful getting in and out though, it is a bit slippy in places.
You can walk through the jungle along very well maintained paths and enjoy the humid but cooler air in the shade of the trees. This is a part of Krabi that is often overlooked, the richness of the jungle, the million shades of green, the smells of exotic flowers; this is what the tropics is all about. Many of the trees are marked with the name of their species so, great for any botanists!
There are two routes taking you though the jungle to the Emerald Pool, one is along a winding concrete narrow path that takes you right through the jungle, this route is about 1400m, the other route is a bit shorter, about 800m and wider, it is wide enough for vehicles but is also extremely beautiful and shady.
Please remember that these areas are National Park. If you do take any plastic water bottles or snacks in plastic wrappers, please take the empty wrappers and bottles with you when you leave.
Beautiful thiland
Bangkok, Thailand’s capital, is a large city known for ornate shrines and vibrant street life. The boat-filled Chao Phraya River feeds its network of canals, flowing past the Rattanakosin royal district, home to opulent Grand Palace and its sacred Wat Phra Kaew Temple. Nearby is Wat Pho Temple with an enormous reclining Buddha and, on the opposite shore, Wat Arun Temple with its steep steps and Khmer-style spire

Friendly and fun-loving, exotic and tropical, cultured and historic, Thailand radiates a golden hue from its glittering temples and tropical beaches to the ever-comforting Thai smile.
Why I Love Thailand
By China Williams, Writer
When I step off the plane after a gruelling trip across a continent and an ocean, I slip into my Thai 'skin' and the rhythms of the country: chit-chatting with locals, eating at roadside noodle joints, climbing aboard shared taxi pick-up trucks, wâi-ing at sacred temples, slipping off my shoes with ease and craving rice for breakfast. The beaches and the jungles are all fine, but I prefer the cities, where life spills out on to the street and the markets are packed with people and produce. Life is pleasant here and best of all, Thais shower my children with attention and affection.
Sacred Spaces
The celestial world is a close confidant in this Buddhist nation and religious devotion is colourful and ubiquitous. Gleaming temples and golden Buddhas frame both the rural and modern landscape. Ancient banyan trees are ceremoniously wrapped in sacred cloth to honour the resident spirits, fortune-bringing shrines decorate humble homes as well as monumental malls, while garland-festooned dashboards ward off traffic accidents. Visitors can join in on the conversation through meditation retreats in Chiang Mai, religious festivals in northeastern Thailand, underground cave shrines in Kanchanaburi and Phetchaburi and hilltop temples in northern Thailand.
Fields & Forests
In between the cluttered cities and towns is the rural heartland, a mix of rice paddies, tropical forests and squat villages tied to the agricultural clock. In the north, the forests and fields bump up against toothy blue mountains decorated by silvery waterfalls. In the south, scraggly limestone cliffs poke out of the cultivated landscape like prehistoric skyscrapers. The usually arid northeast beams an emerald hue during the rainy season when tender green rice shoots carpet the landscape.
Sand between Your Toes
With a long coastline (actually, two coastlines) and jungle-topped islands anchored in azure waters, Thailand is a tropical getaway for the hedonist and the hermit, the prince and the pauper. This paradise offers a varied menu: playing in the gentle surf of Ko Lipe, diving with whale sharks in Ko Tao, scaling the sea cliffs of Krabi, kiteboarding in Hua Hin, partying on Ko Phi Phi, recuperating at a health resort in Ko Samui and feasting on the beach wherever sand meets sea.
A Bountiful Table
Adored around the world, Thai cuisine expresses fundamental aspects of Thai culture: it is generous, warm, refreshing and relaxed. Each Thai dish relies on fresh, local ingredients – pungent lemongrass, searing chillies and plump seafood. A varied national menu is built around the four fundamental flavours: spicy, sweet, salty and sour. Roving appetites go on eating tours of Bangkok noodle shacks, seafood pavilions in Phuket and Burmese market stalls in Mae Hong Son. Cooking classes reveal the simplicity behind the seemingly complicated dishes and mastering the market is an important survival skill.

Thailand is the country in Southeast Asia most visited by tourists, and for good reason. You can find almost anything here: thick jungle as green as can be, crystal blue waters that feel more like a warm bath than a swim in the ocean, and food that can curl your nose hairs while dancing across your taste buds. Exotic, yet safe; cheap, yet equipped with every modern amenity you need, there is something for every interest and every price bracket, from beach front backpacker bungalows to some of the best luxury hotels in the world. And despite the heavy flow of tourism, Thailand retains its quintessential Thai-ness, with a culture and history all its own and a carefree people famed for their smiles and their fun-seeking sanuk lifestyle. Many travellers come to Thailand and extend their stay well beyond their original plans and others never find a reason to leave. Whatever your cup of tea, they know how to make it in Thailand.
