Sonia from Indonesia speaking about her experience of Ayurvedic treatments and Ayurveda training that she received at Greens Ayurveda, Calicut . The treatments gave her relief from the pain she was suffering from, she felt energized and her mental condition improved to a better state. When she first came to Greens Ayurveda, she was confused about the treatments for a couple of weeks. But after 3 weeks when she started getting results and she became more comfortable.
She really liked the system of Greens Ayurveda where a patient consults the chief physician at the very first place and then gets a personal junior doctor assigned. Here the chief physician is Dr. C.P Asghar, who is also the founder/director of Greens Ayurveda. So any patient who visits this hospital first consults Dr. Asghar who then discusses with the other doctors and sets a treatment plan for the patient. This treatment plan is then executed by the personally assigned junior doctors who make sure that everything is going on according to the plan. The junior doctors guide the therapists on how to do the treatments and take updates of the patient’s health on a daily basis. The junior doctors keep a check on whether the treatment is helping the patient or not and if needed they modify the treatment plan after having a doctor panel discussion. Sonia tells that the junior doctors are easier to approach, they are very generous and are always ready to help.
Sonia, after her first visit came back to Greens Ayurveda for a follow up treatments which improved her health conditions to a far better state and she became healthy as a whole. While taking treatments she got introduced to the Ayurveda training that happens in Greens Ayurveda. She really liked what was been taught, she also liked the learning atmosphere where people from all over the world came for short Ayurveda courses and she also wanted to study an Ayurveda course. So, after her follow up treatments got over, she went home and after few months she came back to Greens Ayurveda for Ayurveda training. There are several short term courses offered in here from which Sonia chose to study the 3 months Ayurveda Lifestyle consultant course. She tells that her study is going on good and she really likes the systematic way how Greens Ayurveda teaches. Sonia also mentioned that there are no delays in the schedule and everything is well organized. Once you finish one subject, you are moved on to another in the right way so you don’t get confused, so she appreciates the flow of study as well.

Devon from the USA speaks about the Ayurveda treatments she received for her head trauma and eye problem, and also about her Ayurveda training. She came to Greens Ayurveda to study Ayurveda Panchakarma, Marma and beauty courses. At the same time she took treatments for her health problems.
She had been suffering from severe trauma for the past couple of years which had affected her eyes due to which she had to wear specs for a clear vision. She had sharp eyesight in the past but because of the trauma her eyesight became poor and she tells it is very frustrating. She didn't take treatments at the USA because she believed that western medicine won't be able to help her, especially with her eye problem. And having a background as a yoga therapist she knew and believed that if she could come to India for Ayurveda treatments, she would definitely get the right healing that she wanted. This is the reason why she didn't take treatments for few years and waited for the right time to come to India.
Describing her treatment experience she told that her time at Greens Ayurveda has been fantastic. She received multiple Shirodhara along with other treatments which stabilized her mental state and helped her recover from the trauma. Now she is at a better state of mind, more joyful and calm. Talking about her eye treatments, she mentioned that her eyesight has already improved a lot. While attending one lecture, unknowingly she was not using her specs and still she managed reading the book. When she noticed this, it took her to surprise and she could notice that her eyesight is improving.
She lauded a lot about the doctors, the people working in the hospital and especially Dr. Asghar (the chief physician). She told the doctors are fantastic; the way they communicate and take care of you makes you feel overwhelmed. The therapists are very lovely and kind; they are very professional and they listen to what you say. The people who work in kitchen and laundry are so friendly that they make you feel like a part of family within no time. All the staff and doctors work way too much hard to provide the best service, care and a memorable experience.
She found Greens Ayurveda while searching in the internet. At first she looked at the online reviews and she fell in love with the center without having looked at its website or any other detail. When she contacted Dr. Asghar she really liked the responsive and explanatory nature of the doctor. In order to explain her needs, she had sent the details to the doctor and to her surprise she got the right response. The doctor actually read everything carefully, understood her needs and explained in detail that they will provide what exactly she needs. This made her really happy and she was convinced to visit the center.
When she first met Dr. Asghar, the doctor gave her a talk about her current state of mind and also explained where she needs to be in order to become healthy as a whole. Her first meet with Dr Asghar made her so positive that she already started feeling better without having done any treatments. Lauding about Dr. Asghar, the lady said, he is a really good physician, very affectionate, knowledgeable and caring person.
She mentioned that she had been studying a lot about Ayurveda at the USA where she was taught the Northern Ayurveda. There she heard the difference between Northern and Southern Ayurveda which built curiosity inside her to learn the Southern Ayurveda. This brought her to Greens Ayurveda which is located in Azhiyur village in the Kozhikode district of Kerala (India). Describing her learning experience, she told that having a background as a yoga therapist she knew some of the things that she wanted and she is really happy with what she learned at Greens Ayurveda. She specifically mentioned that this center taught her directly from the texts and not anyone’s interpretation or made up ones and that is what she exactly wanted. She really liked the way the tutors/doctors taught her and helped her in increasing her knowledge of Ayurveda.
Overall she had a great time taking treatments and learning about Ayurveda at this center. She highly recommends Greens Ayurveda for treatments as well as courses.
