Singha cooperation as one of the leading companies in Thailand, take it as their responsibility to develop sport as one of its main targets. Singha has work with many sport associations to promote various sports, one of the sports that Singha has been keen to develop is tennis, which is why Singha TATP tour (Thai Association of Tennis Professionals’) was establish. In the past, the Singha TATP tour has been the key figure in developing Thailand world class tennis players such as Paradorn Srichaphan (former number 9 in the world and Asia number 1), Tamarin Tanasugarn (former top 20 and Thailand number 1), Danai Udomchoke (Asian Games Champion), Suchanan Viratprasert (former Thailand number 2), Sonchat Ratiwatana and Sanchai Ratiwatana (present world top doubles teams and Thailand number 1) and etc.
Miss. Suchana Viratprasert the former Thailand number 2 and the current project manager for Singha TATP tour said that Singha as one of the key figures in developing Thai tennis sees the importance of developing at all levels. First, at the youth level Singha has organizes Singha Grand Slam experience which provide the opportunity for the best players between 12 to 16 to experience one of the four Grand Slam at the AUSTRALIAN OPEN, which is the Grand Slam of Asia/Pacific, this provide the opportunity for young players to dream big and see what it is like to be a professional. Second, at the professional levels, Singha TATP tour allows national and international players to complete at the professional levels in five Singha TATP tour events as the perfect stage before becoming professional tennis athletes’. Lastly, Singha Senior Tour provides the opportunity for former professional players to complete in their age groups, which is significant for young generation to learn from them.
Miss. Suchana Viratprasert further said that the opportunity to work with Singha is very important for her, as Singha provide the opportunity for her to become a professional and followed her dreams. She wants to give back the future generation and that why decide to work with Singha TATP tour to help young players and the future tennis of Thailand.
Mr. Renaud Cazillac, the managing director of Greta sport club, said that Greta sport club is honor to be in partnership with Singha since last year in providing the facility to organize this mayor tennis event. Greta sport club is keen in developing racquet sport events at national and international levels, as Greta sport club is the leading beach tennis facility in Thailand and has host all the ITF (International Tennis Federation) beach tennis events in Thailand, while we also have been privilege to organize ITF Professional tennis events and ITF Senior tennis events. Greta sport club, will continue working together with our partners to develop racquet sport events in Thailand, organizer racquets sport camp (with our international schools and international sport academies partners) and provide sponsorship for future racquet sport athletes’ in Thailand.
Mr. Tanapatt Nirundorm one of Asian top junior professional and Thailand junior team said that he was fortune that Singha and Greta sport club provide him the opportunity to follow his dream. He is truly grateful that he is allowed to participate in the professional Singha TATP Pattaya Open 2018 at Greta farm, as playing in your home court is truly a delightful experience. He hopes people will come and cheer him and promise will do his absolute best to meet the people’s expectation. Finally, he would like to thank his family, especially his mom for their support in making him able to play this beautiful sport called tennis.

International tennis players meet at Greta Farm
at the Greta Farm in Pattaya, Ms. Samriang Moh-mard, the managing director of Greta Farm Sports Club, organized the 2017 Pattaya Beach Tennis Open Series.
Competitors came from 7 countries including; Japan, France, Norway, Switzerland, Brazil, Chile and Thailand.
The competition was divided into eight teams for the men’s competition and seven teams for the women’s. Each team was divided into two lines, A and B; with each team competing for the opportunity to meet in the finals of the next championship.
Representatives of the Thai national team also took part on the day, namely; world number 360 Pailin Panjasil, and world number 439 Bongkot Borntisa.

TATP SINGHA PATTAYA OPEN 2017
This week Pattaya was privilege to host the biggest tennis event in the Eastern Seaboard, as
we played host to the TATP SINGHA PATTAYA OPEN 2017, a 500,000 baht event which
was held at Greta Sport Club Pattaya. The event which is part of the part of the Thai
Association of Tennis Professionals circuit or commonly known as TATP circuit is the one of
the five biggest events organized in Thailand and the biggest event in the Eastern Seaboard
welcomed more than 300 profession athletes from Thailand and aboard who completed for
the championship prize and ranking points for the race to TATP Thailand Master 2017.
The woman single and doubles final in TATP SINGHA PATTAYA OPEN 2017 saw Thai
national team players complete for the winner trophies, were Miss. Patcharin Cheapchandej
the bronze medalist from this year UNIVERSIADE 2017 hosted in Taipei won both the
woman single and doubles event at TATP SINGHA PATTAYA OPEN 2017 respectively.
Miss. Patcharin Cheapchandej, the winner of both the woman single and doubles event at
TATP SINGHA PATTAYA OPEN 2017 said that playing in Pattaya is a true privilege, the
accommodation here are very well organized by TATP and Greta Sport club, while the fans
are just truly amazing thought out the event. Miss. Patcharin also said that Pattaya city is her
favorite destination to come and play, as the city provide all the possibilities for relaxation
with wonderful beaches and holiday accommodation, she is looking forward to complete her
again next year, and thanked TATP and Greta Sport Club for making such events possible.
Miss. Champoothip Jandakate, the runner up of the woman single and winner of the woman
doubles event at TATP SINGHA PATTAYA OPEN 2017 said that she was grateful to TATP
and Greta Sport Club for making such an event possible, because it gives the player the
change to play at the highest level in front of a home audience, which is a rare thing as most
of the events are organized a board. Miss. Champoothip further said she love the entire
experience playing in Pattaya and hope there will be more event in Pattaya in the near future.

The New Lu's Sports Bar & Lounge
There' a new playground in town at an old town watering hole. The Hi Hat,changed hands and names 2 years ago and now the name has changed to reflect its new style. The lounge remains as it has for decades a 7-Night+A-Week Karaoke Bar. The banquet Hall got a new face lift but it still is a giant elegant room with separate entrances and an outdoor balcony. The real changes happened in between. Gone are the heavy wooden tables and roadhouse booths that Greta served for so many years. A granite bar, and walls of mirror reflect the neon and giant flat-screen TV's that flank the walls. Pool tables, Shuffleboard, Ping Pong, Pinball, Big Game Hunter, Video Golf and more are there to play, watch or just hang out at the full bar and have a bit to eat off the brand new menu.
