Leslie : Hello, everyone now we are in the Chungli Tourism Night Market. Today we want to
introduce a dish. It is called Beancurd Chicken wing.
Coyo : Wow, what a strange name, How does it taste? Does it taste as strange as its name?
Leslie : Actually, it's really special. It tastes salty and sweet and the chicken is very crisp.
You also can smell that it hasbeancurd inside.
Coyo : Will, is it expensive? I guess it's maybe 20 dollars for each!

Chicken wing) Wow!! It's really juicy. You can see the juice come out from the
meat (give a look to the camera). How amazing! Do you know how it's made?

Beancurd smell, we preserve with salt and fry it in oil. It's sounds easy, but
I think if you try to make it, you will know it's really hard to control the temperature.
